Unos verdaderos "piratas" me explico, le llevas un vehiculo con un ruido, te dicen " Uff esto hay que abrir, hasta que no se abra no sabemos lo que puede ser..." te venden la moto de que los recambios depende de lo que "sea" tardan hasta 1 dia, vamos lo tipico de un taller mecanico, y es mas, el dia anterior le enviamos un video con el ruido a un mecanico del taller y nos dijo que eso no era nada serio y que tenia muy facil solucion..., dejamos vehiculo a falta de la "inspeccion " del profesional a las 10 de la manana y a las 15:50 pasa un wasap con el presupuesto redondo 500EUR ... eso ya huele mal...a las 16:30 llamo y le comento que como puede ser que me cueste 500EUR ( la persona con la que hablo no sabia nada del video que habiamos enviado a su companero..) le digo que no haga nada y su respuesta es " que ya lo ha montado las piezas " a lo que le contesto , que quien a autorizado la reparacion?? La contestacion, " voy a ver que puedo hacer"... y ahi se queda el tema, al no recibir ninguna llamada , me presento en el taller a las 19:00 para saber en que estado estaba el vehiculo y cual es mi sorpresa que el vehiculo esta reparado, el mecanico con el que hable no esta, y me atiende el jefe( me imagino que seria el) y me dice que va a mirar de haber que puede hacer...yo le vuelvo a repetir que han hecho algo que no es ni tan siquiera legal, reparar sin la autorizacion del cliente, quedamos que a las 10 del dia siguiente le llamaria para saber a que hora paso a recoger el vehiculo. Llamo a las 10 y me dice que ha podido devolver una pieza pero la otra no puede( a mi que me cuentas eso es problema tuyo por haberte adelantado) y me dice " le correa que no puedo devolverla te la entrego en mano para que se la des a tu mecanico ", esto lo veis normal???? A lo que le contesto, que no, que si la pago la correa debe estar puesta en el vehiculo... automaticamente en segundos me dice que " si, si la dejamos montada "... Resumiendo: - Salgo de ese taller con 180EUR menos en el bolsillo. - Con una correa en la mano que no se si me la han cambiado o no - Tuve que negociar las horas de mano de obra 3,5 horas me querian cobrar...al final solo 3 me cobraron. -Solo estaba la administrativa en el taller( que casualidad , ni el mecanico con el que hable la primera vez , ni el dueno la segunda..) Unos verdaderos "PIRATAS" quisieron hacer el dia ( 500EUR redondos), por favor no acudais en caso de averia, son muy poco profesionales!!!!

Summing up: - I leave that workshop with EUR180 less in my pocket. - With a strap in my hand that I don't know if they have changed or not - I had to negotiate the hours of labor for 3.5 hours they wanted to charge me... in the end they only charged me for 3. -Only the administrator was in the workshop (what a coincidence, neither the mechanic I spoke with the first time, nor the owner the second time...) Some real "PIRATES" wanted to make the day (500EUR round), please don't come in case of a breakdown, they are very unprofessional!!!!

Le llame un dia festivo porque me fallaba la bateria del coche, y aunque no pudo ayudarme en el momento, tuvo la amabilidad de llamarme para intentar solucionar el problema en cuanto pudo.

Molt contenta i agraida. Estava de viatge, vaig tenir una averia electrica. I encara que era festiu em van atendre i ajudar. Tracte agradable i be de preu.
