Hemos tenido un problema con nuestro SEAT Alhambra camperizado estando de vacaciones muy lejos de casa. Necesitabamos con urgencia arreglarlo ya que era nuestro modo de transporte y de estancia. Desde el taller oficial de Sant Feliu (lugar mas cercano tras el aviso de averia) nos aconsejaron por afluencia y por velocidad que solicitaramos cita en Olot. El diagnostico fue practicamente inmediato, facilitandonos al maximo cualquier gestion y de forma muy amable y clara. Dos dias despues hemos tenido que volver ya que la pieza no se encontraba en esta sede. Han sido muy profesionales y han tenido muy buena comunicacion en todo momento, haciendonos participes del proceso y actualizandonos. Nos ha atendido Nil, un chico muy cualificado, profesional y agradable. Estamos muy agradecidos por el trato, 100% recomendable.
We have had a problem with our SEAT Alhambra camper while on vacation very far from home. We urgently needed to fix it since it was our mode of transportation and stay. From the official workshop in Sant Feliu (closest place after the breakdown notice) they advised us due to influx and speed to request an appointment in Olot. The diagnosis was practically immediate, making any process as easy as possible for us and in a very friendly and clear way. Two days later we had to return since the piece was not at this headquarters. They have been very professional and have had very good communication at all times, making us participate in the process and updating us. We were assisted by Nil, a very qualified, professional and pleasant boy. We are very grateful for the treatment, 100% recommended.
Aquest mati hem anat a preguntar per un Arona FR ja que no sabem si comprar o fer un renting i voliem que ens informesin. Doncs gaires ganes de treballar no ens ha transmes la persona que ens ha ates, ja que ni hem segut a la cadira. Resumint, com que l'operacio la volem fer de cara a l'estiu, segons ell, ara no serveix de res que ens expliqui res. Doncs gracies per res.
