El Centre Logistic de Bicicletes (Olot-la Garrotxa) es una empresa familiar amb mes de 30 anys d'experiencia en el mon de la bicicleta. En aquestes dues decades hem facilitat, a petits i grans, l'acces a la bicicleta per gaudir del territori, de l'esport i del lleure. Oferim un servei complet de lloguers, trasllats i logistica, tant per a petites excursions com per a grans rutes en bicicleta, individuals i per a grups, en un territori privilegiat. A mes, disposem d'un programa pedagogic per a grups i escoles, perque els mes joves gaudeixin d'un aprenentatge integral, que combini l'educacio, el lleure i la natura. Formem part dels organismes i les activitats de promocio i desenvolupament del turisme sostenible en el territori.

I had a wonderful experience hiring a bike at Logistic Bike Center. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the prices are affordable, and the shop is located right at the beginning of the Via Verde to Girona so you can set off straight away for a beautiful and easy bike ride in the mountains.

My husband & I hired two E bikes for 3 days .. we're not turbo riders & we're a bit the other side of middle aged .. both bikes were perfect for us. An early flat tyre was partially dealt with on the road & then changed promptly for us when we got it back to the shop. Unable to safely keep bikes in our Airbnb we were able to return them each evening. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Great experience. A highlight of our trip to Spain. Thanks Logistic.

They recommended a technical bike for the route we wanted - a technical bike was not needed at all for this very flat and easy route - they just wanted the extra money. Additionally, they wanted to charge us for 3h instead of 1/2 a day, 3h being more expensive. Overall, dishonest, extremely rude to customers and seemed to be unhappy about just being there. Sad because the area and the activity are very nice!

Great service and easy check-in and check-out processes. The staff is very friendly and with good knowledge of local trails and routes; they can recommend trips and the perfect bike for it. Great bike rental company. Super friendly staff. Great (e) bikes, as well for kids, incl. Trailers for the younger ones. Conveniently located at the start of bike track Via Verde. Pick up service / transfer at any location you decide to stop. Parking in front of location. They offer original tours as well. Highly recommended.

They are great. Exceptional treatment. We rented 2 bicycles and a trailer... or towed bike... or whatever you call it, but we didnt know if our daughter would react well to it because she doesnt know how to ride a bike and we were able to try it there. They also gave us great advice on the route to follow and in the end we also hired the pick-up. Now my butt hurts from the tour, but we will surely repeat it later . Ah!! And the helmet! Children have to wear a helmet.

Very friendly and attentive. Its the second time Ive used the centers services and on both occasions Ive been treated very well. The first time we rented bikes for an outing with a group of friends and they treated us great, with everything prepared and in order, both the bikes and the equipment all in good condition and well adjusted. The second time I went because of an accident, as we had a puncture on our own bike, and it was one of the few centers open on a Sunday, which is to be appreciated. In addition, despite not having rented a bike with them, they had the decency to wait for us so they could get a spare tube, advise us on how to change it (since it was our first time) and even they offered us help in case we couldnt get out (outside working hours). They have a good stock of material and spare parts, and I think the prices for both rental and purchase are more than reasonable. Without a doubt, a good reference to go to and in an excellent location near the carrilet route. Thank you so much!

El primer cop vam llogar bicis per una sortida amb un grup damics i ens van tractar genial, amb tot preparat i en ordre, tant les bicis com el material tot en bon estat i ben ajustat. El segon cop vaig acudir per un accident, ja que vam tenir una punxada en una bici propia, i era dels pocs centres oberts un diumenge, cosa que es dagrair. A mes, tot i no haver llogat bici amb ells, van tenir la decencia desperar-nos per poder aconseguir una cambra de recanvi, assessorar-nos sobre com canviar-la (ja que era el nostre primer cop) i fins i tot ens van oferir ajuda en cas que no ens en sortissim (fora de lhorari laboral). Tenen bon stock de material i recanvis, i penso que els preus tant de lloguer com de compra son mes que raonables. Sens dubte, una bona referencia on acudir i en una ubicacio excel*lent prop de la ruta del carrilet. Moltes gracies!

THEY HAVE A PADDLE PHONE AND DENY PAYMENT BY CARD. Today we rented 2 bicycles with a baby seat for 4 hours. When we went to return everything, we asked if we could pay by card, make bizum, transfer, etc. He told us that it was NOT possible so my partner went to look for a CaixaBank ATM, which is our entity, with the bad luck of not finding it nearby. He returned to the store and asked please if he could make bizum since we were going with a baby who was not feeling well. Again he tells us no, which I find VERY STRANGE. After touring Olot we found an ATM but I also read in the regulations that establishments must facilitate payment by card or another different method starting at 30 euros (and our amount was 48 euros). After more than an hour walking around we returned and I asked the girl to please let me pay by card since I had read this law (although I had cash). Despues de recorrer Olot hemos encontrado cajero pero tambien he leido en la normativa que los establecimientos deben de facilitar el pago con tarjeta u otro metodo diferente a partir de 30 euros( y nuestro importe eran 48 euros) . Despues de mas de una hora dando vueltas hemos vuelto y le he pedido a la chica que por favor me dejara pagar con tarjeta ya que habia leido esta ley( aunque yo llevaba efectivo). De repente la chica SACA UN DATAFONO QUE HA FUNCIONADO A LA PRIMERA. Nada mas que anadir. Cuando la gente quiere todo en B hace lo que sea
