Ich wollte einen PKW fur 1 Monat mieten als mir der Preis genannt wurde war ich erstmal geschockt (750,00EUR). Auf der Website waren 15,00 EUR pro Tag angegeben, nach meiner Rechnung sind dies 450,00EUR. Als ich nach dem Rabatt fragte waren es dann 610,00 EUR. Ich kann darauf nur sagen "die reinste Abzock und die Angaben auf der Website sind erlogen". Ich habe verzichtet. Ich finde es unverschamt.
I wanted to rent a car for 1 month when I was told the price and was shocked at first (EUR750.00). The website stated EUR15.00 per day, according to my calculation this is EUR450.00. When I asked about the discount it was EUR610.00. All I can say is "it's a complete rip off and the information on the website is a lie". I gave up. I find it disgraceful.
Die Filiale am Kikopark ist meistens nicht besetzt. Anrufen, ob Auto frei ist -man spricht Deutsch- Auto uber Internet buchen, am nachsten Tag wird das Auto zur Rezeption Kikopark gebracht.
The branch at Kikopark is usually not staffed. Call to see if the car is available - you speak German - book the car online, the next day the car will be brought to the Kikopark reception.
No alquiles. Pesima experiencia. Hara unos meses alquile una furgoneta con NeptunoHires y mi experiencia fue decepcionante. Me cobraron una cantidad indebida e injustificada, sin proporcionar ninguna explicacion clara, insistiendo que me lags diesen. Sus condiciones en el contrato son abusivas, con clausulas ocultas que favorecen unicamente a la empresa. Realizan bloqueos de dinero cuando segun sus condiciones, se esta excento. Ademas, el servicio al cliente post-venta fue poco profesionalidad, tampoco mostraron uba disposicion para resolver el problema, mostrando una actitud prepotente y con soberbia. NO recomendaria esta empresa a NADIE que busque un servicio de alquiler transparente.
Don't rent. Bad experience. A few months ago I rented a van with NeptunoHires and my experience was disappointing. They charged me an improper and unjustified amount, without providing any clear explanation, insisting that they give me delays. Their conditions in the contract are abusive, with hidden clauses that only favor the company. They block money when, according to their conditions, it is exempt. Furthermore, the after-sales customer service was unprofessional, nor did they show any willingness to solve the problem, showing an arrogant and arrogant attitude. I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE looking for a transparent rental service.
