Very helpful and quick for the rental, went out of their way to make sure the vehicle was right for me. Return was quick and easy.
Every single person at this location was absolutely wonderful! They all seemed very happy, super helpful, caring, and gave top notch customer service! I think I've talked to everyone in there... Jacob, Chris, Drake, Sam, Tyler, Adam and Lee y'all ROCK at your jobs! Thank you so much for all of your help!
He said what he needed to say so I guess it's not that bad. Just wished he was more upbeat or kind? Didn't bother to ask to help any further than what I asked aside from another enterprise that had someone trying everything they could to help. Would call again but not with any high expectations. Maybe it was a busy day. But still, you're getting paid to talk to people.
This enterprise location scheduled and confirmed a rental car for my husband to pick up at 11:00am on Saturday. We arrive to pick up the car and the place is closed and nobody is inside. Turns out they close at 11:00 even though they scheduled for us to pick up a car at this time. We are unable to get in contact with anyone and we couldn't get the car we paid for. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. If you book here, make sure they schedule you for a time that an employee will actually be there.
Maybe it was just the day? Did not have the size vehicle we reserved & were also told 2 days prior in a courtesy call that we would get a large SUV as reserved. We had no choice but to accept a smaller vehicle as that was all they had. We had to wait to see it as it was in the wash bay. It smelled of dirty dog and had dog hair and trash in it. He did take it back through and vacuum. The smell took hours to dissipate after I used a neutralizer all over the carpet. It was cramped for 4 tall adults. We weren't talked through any of the features that would have been helpful on a long road trip. I truly Wish I had a reason to leave a better review
Would give negative stars if I could. I am never one to complain I typically take things on the chin and move on. However, I cannot ignore how disrespected I feel by this location. The lack of empathy and customer service skills is very apparent when trying to resolve my issue. We rented a vehicle from this location on May 1st. I had an ob-gyn appointment on May 3rd which ended in me having preeclampsia and being told to meet my doctor at the hospital to be induced. My boyfriend was using the rental car to get to and from work (his truck was in the shop) so that I could use my Jeep to go to my appointment. While being checked in at the hospital my boyfriend called enterprise (spoke to Dalton) to see what our options were to get the vehicle back to them. He asked if they could give him a ride to Gardner once he dropped the vehicle off. He was told no because they only drop people off in Olathe, but if we returned the vehicle by midnight we wouldn't be charged an extra day. Which okay great, but once again, how am I supposed to return the vehicle when I'm in the hospital being induced? I had to stay in the hospital until May 7th because of my blood pressure. The day I left the hospital I called enterprise to figure out how to get the car back to them. I spoke to another employee on the phone. He told me that my boyfriend was told that they could have met him at the enterprise in Gardner. (We were never offered that because my boyfriend would have happily dropped the car off at the Gardner location and walked back home to our other vehicle). After some back and forth, I was told that they would refund our deposit ($300) and only charge us for May 1st through May 3rd. We agreed and he met us at the Gardner location. *this was where we thought it would end. * I kept an eye on my credit card statement to make sure I was only going to be charged for the correct amount of days I was told. Well the $300 deposit was returned only for me to be charged $786.10. I then called the location back to try and resolve this because I was lied to. I spoke with Dalton (again) and was told they never made that deal and placed me on hold to speak with his manager. They offered to take another day off the rental price but that was it. No way. I did not agree to that because they had offered a solution that worked for me and simply took it away once they had their vehicle back. I just had a baby, no family in the area, and left dealing with a company that lied to me multiple times. I have never been so disrespected by a company in my life. I also called the enterprise call center to try and get this matter resolved. They wrote down my message and sent it back to this location because they are the ones that have to refund my money. Well surprise they never called me or reached out to me so here I am, writing a crap review because at this point my patience has run out. I would still love to get this resolved but I'm not sure it's possible with their terrible customer service skills and lack of empathy. **ETA - we tried calling the location multiple times throughout our stay at the hospital only to be sent to a voicemail box that had not been setup yet. **
Make a reservation at your own risk. Nice staff for sure. Made a reservation three weeks in advance and when I showed up they didn't have any cars for two more days! Luckily my girlfriend was able to pick me up and I just lost a day of work but what if I needed a car for a planned vacation? In my mind this is the one thing that shouldn't happen while making a rental reservation
Upon dropping off our one way Premium car rental from Buffalo, NY to Olathe, KS, we were promptly greeted by Enterprise agent Abby, whose 1st question to us was how was our trip... As we told our story of several issues we had early on with the rental car, and having to be swapped out for a for a smaller car to get us back on the road, Abby empathized with us, and apologized for our disappointment, and said she and Enterprise wanted to make this right for us since our experience didn't meet our expectations, and their standards. After consulting with her Manager, they generously adjusted our 15 day contract, to reflect not having our Premium car for the duration of our vacation. I feel Abby (and her manager) went above and beyond to help ensure Enterprise will be our 1st choice for renting next time!! AND WE WILL !!! NOV 2024 UPDATE!! We had an insurance company provide us a rental suv from Enterprise after our personal ride was involved in a minor fender bender... The experience with this location exceeded our expectations once again! Lee and the rest of the staff were so personabke and helpful with our rental... I highly recommend this Enterprise location!!
