Malisima pesima atencion telefonica, puedo pasar 3 dias llamando por telefono y nadie coge, para poder hacer cita y servicio a mi coche tengo que trasladarme personalmente hasta el taller. Es pesimo el servicio post venta, 2 veces he hecho servicio este ano y me ha pasado lo mismo. Fatal fatal

Entre lamentable y vergonzoso o las dos cosas, ademas de que los precios son abusivos. Me lavaron el coche dejando los chorretones y manchas del producto que usaron y me hicieron un aranazo tremendo en el coche del que se lavaron las manos con unas lamentables excusas cuando se dieron cuenta que no tenian razon. Desde ese dia paso de esa mierda taller y demas talleres KIA, vale mas la seguridad, el trabajo y el trato de de un mecanico normal que el de estos jetas (Ademas de ser mas economico)

Buena atencion de los comerciales. Te explican todo muy bien y aclaran cualquier duda. Despues de mas de una visita y comparar nos decidimos a comprar aqui. Muy recomendables

Cuando vas a comprar el coche todo son promesas , regalos revisiones gratis , etc etc . . . Mentirosos compulsivos. Del taller olvidaros no coje nadie y si te dan cita , es para un mes . Y en taller hay muy mal ambiente , hablando entre ellos estan todos quemados. . . . es un taller para 5 o 6 marcas de coches ke llevan y esta claro ke no abarcan . . . . .NO CREO KE COMPRARIA AKI NADA . . . . .son un desastre total .

Atencion al cliente para reservas cita de taller pesimo. Siempre tardo 2-3 dias en conseguir que me cojan el telefono para que me den cita. Una vez estuve insistiendo una semana y no hubo manera de obtener respuesta telefonica. Ni que hablar del servicio de citas por web o correo electronico, llevo un ano esperando a que me contesten.

El coche se me quedo tirado hara 2 meses, con mi seguro gestione una grua y esta me dijo que necesitaba la autorizacion del taller para poder meter el coche (esta en garantia). Tras varias horas intentado hablar con el taller, solo consegui hablar con la central, la cual me respondio que me llamarian del taller para ver que me pasaba. A dia de hoy no he recibido llamada ni autorizacion para llevar mi coche en garantia averiado al taller de la casa... si no hubiera solucionado el problema en otro taller a dia de hoy seguiria esperando la llamada del taller o sin conseguir hablar con ellos en alguna cuneta de algun lugar. Una pena que el servicio vaya de mal en peor, nunca mas!

Son unos mentirosos compulsivos. Hasta vender el vehiculo todo parece que son facilidades, pero son una concatenacion de mentiras, una tras otra. A primeros del ano pasado adquiri un Kia Niro, y lo que parecia una facilidad en lo que todo iba a ir rodado se convirtio en una mentira tras otra, pues me facilitaron una fecha de entrega, cada vez que preguntaba, se iba alargando la fecha de entrega. Se retraso casi dos meses a la fecha que se me indico. Me ofrecieron por la demora que se me iba a realizar gratis la primero revision, pero cuando al ano fui a realizar la revision y se me cobro la totalidad. En el taller me indicaron que ellos no tenian ninguna resena que les indicara que mi primera revision iba a ser gratis, que fuera a hablar con el departamento de ventas. Fui a hablar con el departamento de ventas y se me dice que iba a enviar una nota al Jefe de Ventas y que se me diria algo. Eso fue hace ya dos meses y no se me ha informado de nada. Otra mentira mas. No pienso volver a realizar ninguna revision a ese concesionario por mentirosos y si tengo que comprar otro vehiculo, Novocar queda descartado. A la semana de publicar la resena recibo una comunicacion de Novocar en donde se me insta a que me ponga en contacto con ellos a traves de una direccion de correo electronico. Al dia siguiente de enterarme, me pongo en contacto con ellos a traves de dicho correo, ampliando los datos como me pedian, pero ni se han molestado en contestar. De eso hace ya mas de un mes. No solo son unos mentirosos compulsivos, sino que tambien son unos fulleros, pues utilizan la artimana de facilitar el correo electronico para quedar bien ante las resenas negativas que se les pone, pero luego no hacen nada para solucionar los problemas que pueda haber.
