Car rental! We opted for Galicia Sur to rent a car for a long-distance trip and we couldn't be happier! The conditions, the vehicle and the treatment have been wonderful, not to mention the price! Una mala experiencia. Quisiera contar mi caso. Lleve el coche por una vibracion al frenar y me cambiaron discos y pastillas delanteros. A los 4 meses vuelve a dar el mismo problema y les llevo el coche de nuevo para revisar el problema, objeto de la primera revision y entendiendo que la misma tiene garantia. Me dicen que ahora hay cambiar discos y pastillas traseros, pidiendome que gaste mas para resolverlo, encima me cobran la valoracion de la garantia (47EUR). ?Que os parece? ?Os fiariais de llevarles el coche?. Ahora tengo el mismo problema, problema que no me solucionan, he pagado un monton de dinero, y me piden mas. Pense que eran serios, pense que eran buenos, ya no te puedes fiar de nadie.
A bad experience. I would like to tell my case. I took the car in because of a vibration when braking and they changed the front discs and pads. After 4 months the same problem occurs again and I take the car back to review the problem, which was the subject of the first inspection and understanding that it has a warranty. They tell me that now I have to change rear discs and pads, asking me to spend more to solve it, on top of that they charge me the warranty valuation (EUR47). What do you think? Would you trust taking the car to them? Now I have the same problem, a problem that they don't solve, I have paid a lot of money, and they ask me for more. I thought they were serious, I thought they were good, you can't trust anyone anymore.
Buen sitio. Rapidos y contundentes. De momento, el coche lo tendre en pruebas. Solucionaron el problema con rapidez e hicieron cosas a mayores que, obviamente, se pagan pero se agradecen. Lo recomiendo 100%. Si la reparacion no falla en pocos dias, estare agradecidisimo. Por rapidez, servicio y amabilidad.

Me quisieron cobrar 1600 euros por una reparacion que en otro sitio me cobraron 70 euros mas iva,no recomiendo este taller,no son de fiar. Acabo de ver vuestra respuesta y no teneis verguenza ,no me pusieron nada en el coche,ninguna pieza de segunda mano,solo un fusible y recalibrar la suspension y lo sabeis muy bien,donde lo arregle tardaron 15 min y hasta el dia de hoy no tengo ningun problema con ello y vosotros me cobraste una factura por diagnostico del coche y diciendo que estaba mal varias piezas y no me hagais publicar la factura vuestra porque yo si tengo pruebas fisicas de ello y lo sabeis bien,es mejor que rectifiques vosotros diciendo que os confindisteis porque esa es la pura verdad.
