Wir hatten bereits vorab uber Check24 ein Fahrzeug (Kompaktklasse, CDMR) fur 3 Tage zur Abholung an dieser Station gebucht. Formalitaten waren daher schnell erledigt. Man wollte uns zunachst einen Ford Tourneo Familien-Van mit 7 Sitzen geben. Ein Auto, dass fur diese touristische Region komplett ungeeignet ist, zumal wir nur 2 Personen sind. Das Auto war auch sehr verkratzt und schmuddelig (war dokumentiert). Angeblich gab es kein anderes Auto, no way - nichts verfugbar, nada! Erst als ich Druck machte und mit der kompletten Stornierung der Buchung drohte, war plotzlich innerhalb weniger Minutren ein Hyundai Kona verfugbar und vor der Tur zur Abfahrt bereit. Aha... Ruckgabe war unkompliziert, allerdings darf man vor der Station das Auto nicht abstellen (blaue Zone), sondern muss es weiter die strasse hinab parken. Das kann ziemlich weit sein, da es kaum freie Parkbuchten gibt. Alles in allem okay, aber die Sache mit dem Versuch uns den Tourneo anzudrehen ist mir nur 3 Sterne wert.
We had already booked a vehicle (compact class, CDMR) in advance via Check24 for 3 days to be picked up at this station. The formalities were therefore completed quickly. They initially wanted to give us a Ford Tourneo family van with 7 seats. A car that is completely unsuitable for this tourist region, especially since there are only two of us. The car was also very scratched and dingy (it was documented). Apparently there was no other car, no way - nothing available, nada! It wasn't until I put pressure on me and threatened to cancel the booking completely that a Hyundai Kona was suddenly available within a few minutes and ready to leave at the door. Aha... Returning it was uncomplicated, but you are not allowed to park your car in front of the station (blue zone), but have to park it further down the street. This can be quite far as there are hardly any free parking bays. All in all okay, but the thing about trying to sell us the Tourneo is only worth 3 stars to me.
I'm afraid I can only give this Avis outlet 3 stars, as the car I rented was filthy on pick-up. I pointed out how dirty it was (so dirty that it was impossible to see a chip in the windscreen when doing the initial walk around!); the guy just shrugged and blamed the weather. Really no effort put in here at all, and certainly not a patch on my very positive experience with Sixt during this same holiday.
Service wird hier klein geschrieben! Wir haben uber TUI Cars hier einen Kleinwagen reserviert und bereits bezahlt. Vor Ort wollten wir dann das Auto abholen. Eine nette junge Frau am Empfang wies mich darauf hin, das fur die Kaution eine Kredit oder debit Karte benotigt wird. Die Kredit Karte lag im 1,5 km entfernten Hotelsave. Da wir mit unserem 2 jahrigen Sohn am Mietwagen Punkt waren, blieb unser Sohn bei mir. Meine Frau joggte die 3 km hin und zuruck. Es gab keinen Service meine Frau eben zu fahren oder ahnliches... Als sie wieder da war, wurde die Karte abgelehnt, weil der Karteninhaber und die Rechnungsperson unterschiedlich waren. Wie gesagt es geht nur um eine Kaution von ca 100 Euro. Meine debit Karte wurde auch nicht akzeptiert obwohl es vorher noch so hiess. Der altere Herr (vermutlich der Inhaber der Agentur) verweigerte mir seinen Namen zu nennen. Er wolle nicht, das sein Name im Internet auftaucht. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt wurde losungsorientiert mit mir gesprochen. Es wurde alles abgeblockt. Ein Namensschild am Hemd oder auf dem Tresen war nicht vorhanden. Nach 2 Telefonaten mit dem deutschen Reiseburo wurde letzten Endes auf Europcar umgebucht. Der Inhaber der Avis Niederlassung hatte nun die Buchung fur den Folgetag bei sich abgelehnt. Ich habe schon bei vielen Mietwagen Agenturen gebucht, Hertz, Sixt, Avis u.co. solche Inkompetenz ist mir noch nicht entgegen gekommen. Service ist mit Ner glatten 6 zu benoten. Der Mietwagen Branche muss es wohl gut gehen. Avis? Nie wieder, dank dem alten Herrn am Tresen. Erganzung: vielen Dank fur den zu spaten Kontaktversuch/Rettungsversuch. Fur ne Losung ist es zu spat. Der Urlaub ist ja zu Ende. Beschwerde an die Unternehmenszentrale und TUI Cars ist langst raus.
Service is very important here! We have reserved a small car here through TUI Cars and have already paid for it. We then wanted to pick up the car on site. A nice young woman at reception pointed out that a credit or debit card was required for the deposit. The credit card was at Hotelsave, 1.5 km away. Since we were at the rental car point with our 2 year old son, our son stayed with me. My wife jogged the 3 km there and back. There was no service to drive my wife or anything like that... When she got back, the card was rejected because the cardholder and the billing person were different. As I said, there is only a deposit of around 100 euros. My debit card wasn't accepted either, even though it said so before. The older gentleman (presumably the owner of the agency) refused to tell me his name. He doesn't want his name to appear on the Internet. At no point was I spoken to in a solution-oriented manner. Everything was blocked. There was no name tag on the shirt or on the counter. After 2 phone calls to the German travel agency, the booking was ultimately changed to Europcar. The owner of the Avis branch had now rejected the booking for the following day. I have already booked with many rental car agencies, Hertz, Sixt, Avis etc. I have never encountered such incompetence. Service can be graded with a straight 6. The rental car industry must be doing well. Advice? Never again, thanks to the old man at the counter. Addition: Thank you very much for the late contact attempt/rescue attempt. It's too late for a solution. The vacation is over. Complaint to the company headquarters and TUI Cars has long since been sent out.
Online gebucht, ordentliches Auto bekommen, Papiere ging recht schnell. Verlangerung vor Ort war auch kein Problem. Etwas versteckt im Aussenbereich vom Center, Auto stehen direkt draussen und mussen nicht wie bei Europcar aus einer sehr engen Garage geholt werden. Gerne wieder.
Booked online, got a decent car, paperwork went pretty quickly. Extension on site was also no problem. A little hidden in the outside area of the center, cars are parked directly outside and don't have to be taken out of a very narrow garage like at Europcar. Gladly again.
Direkt vor dem Laden ist eine Parkverbotszone oder Parken nur mit Parkschein. Ich habe das Auto abends genau dort wieder abgestellt, wo wir es ubernommen haben, um es am nachsten Morgen zuruckzugeben. Da hatte ich dann zwei Tickets fur jeweils 60 EUR und Avis gonnt sich auch noch einmal 33 EUR Bearbeitungsgebuhr pro Ticket. Leider weist im Laden niemand darauf hin, also unbedingt beachten. Sonst ok.
Directly in front of the store there is a no-parking zone or parking only with a parking permit. In the evening I parked the car exactly where we picked it up to return it the next morning. I then had two tickets for 60 EUR each and Avis also allowed itself another 33 EUR processing fee per ticket. Unfortunately, no one in the store points this out, so be sure to pay attention. Otherwise ok.
Geweldig, prijs en kwaliteit. Spijtig, maar in nuevo sancti Petri is er GEEN enkel pomp om te tanken. Op 6 km in Chiclana is de kortste. Antwoord uitbater Het is toch geen uitzicht een pomp tussen de hotels en de GOLFTERREINEN. Van snop gesproken.
Great, price and quality. Too bad, but in nuevo sancti Petri there is NOT a single pump for refueling. The shortest is at 6 km in Chiclana. Answer operator It is not a view of a pump between the hotels and the GOLF COURSES. Talk about snop.
Einfache vorab online Buchung. Dort dann den Wagen abgeholt. Kleine Verstandigungsprobleme, aber der letzendliche Vertrag erklart es ganz gut, da dieser auf deutsch ausgehandigt wird. Abgange klappte auch unproblematisch. Schlussen in den Briefkasten geworfen und am nachsten Tag die Meldung bekommen, das alles gut war und wir Kautionen etc alles komplett zuruck erhalten. Wurde dort wieder preiswert ein Auto mieten. Standort war auch einfach zu finden und nicht so versteckt wie manche es beschreiben.
Easy online booking in advance. Then picked up the car there. Small communication problems, but the final contract explains it quite well as it is handed out in German. Departures also worked without any problems. The conclusions were thrown in the mailbox and the next day we received a message saying that everything was fine and that we would receive all deposits etc. back in full. Would rent a car there again cheaply. Location was also easy to find and not as hidden as some describe it.
Muy buen servicio, lo contrate de madrugada por una urgencia y a primera hora tenia el coche disponible. Cogi un coche pequeno, no necesitaba mas, y me gusto bastante, un Fiat 500 hibrido, hice unos 120km y gasto poco mas de 10 euros. Buena atencion en la oficina, devolucion por el buzon sin problema. Creo que el dia salia por unos 40 euros desde la web.
Very good service, I hired it at dawn due to an emergency and the car was available first thing in the morning. I took a small car, I didn't need anything else, and I liked it a lot, a Fiat 500 hybrid, I drove about 120km and spent just over 10 euros. Good service in the office, return through the mailbox without problem. I think it cost about 40 euros per day on the website.
