Experiencia negativa, en rigidez en el trato y no asumir sus errores. Llame para poder recoger el furgon a las 10 de la noche en vez de ir a las 6 de la manana. La respuesta fue: "sin problema". Al devolver el vehiculo, llegue media hora tarde, y me cobraron un dia entero. Llamo a Ana, la chica que me habia dicho lo de "sin problema" , confirmo que era asi. No solo no lo tuvo en cuenta, sino que ni pidio disculpas. Su comentario fue: Usted esta en su derecho de no venir aqui mas. Dificil de superar. He puesto una reclamacion legal.

Una experiencia horrible,un empleado que desconozco su nombre,joven,moreno,alto y con los brazos tatuados me trato de muy mala manera,con tono dictatorial y mucha antipatia.Verlo para creerlo...No se la recomiendo a nadie.Pongo una estrella porque no tengo la opcion de no poner ninguna.

El servicio bien, no te llevas sorpresas a la hora de pagar. El vehiculo que alquilamos llevaba muchos golpes, los amortiguadores sonaban muchisimo, el asiento del conductor tenia un agujero, solo funcionaba un altavoz y petardeaba, el retrovisor derecho parecia que se caeria en cualquier momento... lo dicho, el servicio bien pero el furgon hecho mistos.
