Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Novato

Best car rental experience EVER! I was treated with the utmost kindness during a weekend of California downpours. I left a bag of fruit in the car on the car return and the kindest employee offered to drive back and get it. Later that day I received a call from the rental office offering to drop off the fruit. Kindness is always appreciated and I will make a point to continue using Enterprise.

I have been a member for a couple of years love the customer service.... Andrew is totally ahhh-amazing, great enthusiasm, fantastic attitude, very professional and aweSOme connection with customer he made my day ..show and tell is beyond 5 stars. Thank you Andrew making my travels easy.

I booked a 15 person van for a birthday party. The person who rented it before me didn't return it. Josh at Novato Enterprise called to let me know the issue, and then went on to call his other customers to see if one of them didn't need a van for the day. Josh saved the birthday party, and the van was awesome (easy to drive and surprisingly easy to park). The best customer service I have experienced in a long time, thank you.

This location provided me with what I'd describe as probably the best car rental experience I've ever had. We didn't expect to need a rental car while we were in the area, so we didn't book in advance as we'd normally do, but instead booked a car the night before. We showed up at the location about 10 minutes before they opened, and were expecting to wait outside until their typical opening time, but to our surprise, Andrew unlocked the doors and asked us if we'd like to sit down inside while he got everything set up for the day. Although vehicle availability was limited given the short notice, Andrew did everything in his power to get us into a car that would work for us. This has been the only rental where I've actually been asked which specific vehicle I wanted to drive, instead of simply being assigned to one in the class that I selected. One last thing that I appreciated was how open and honest Andrew was with all of the fees and how to avoid additional charges. It actually felt like he was doing everything possible to keep us from spending any more money than we had to. In summary, I feel as though the staff at this Enterprise location, specifically Andrew, went above and beyond expectations to ensure that we were taken care of while we were in Novato. I almost never write reviews, but I felt as though it was the least I could do in return for the great experience!

Andrew, Josh and the Novato team were exceptional. I rarely write reviews, but I felt the need to give credit to Enterprise Novato. This team was so professional and pleasant to deal with, even when we had last minute changes. Thank you Enterprise Novato!

Josh is the man!! Super nice, friendly easy to work with. I had to extend my rental a couple times and he was awesome. Hitting option 4 to speak to the local shop was the best move I made!!

My wife and I were headed to wine country and the young man at the auto repair shop (1-stop auto) had recommended this place for us which was a stone's throw away; Josh was working and saved us as well as our vacation time. He was not only caring and compassionate, he helped us with the car rental and made the transaction very easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone as well as the 1-stop auto repair shop.

This place has always been my go-to to rent a car, and Ann the manager is great along with her help Ashley too. But, recently their cars have gone way down hill since the Covid pandemic as it seems they haven't upgraded them. Someone hit my car and ran in December and I took my car in to get it fixed in January, so my insurance is paying $25 a day for a rental car. I was trying to keep the cost low so I accepted a Chevy Spark for $7 more per day, which was the only cheaper car on the lot even though I had had reservations for over 3 weeks. (I have never heard of a "Chevy Spark" either.) Yikes! That car was one step up from Fred Flintstone's car! Lol! It could barely go 60 MPH on the freeway...but the worse part was that it had no grips on the brake pedal so my foot was slipping off! (Especially because it was wet from the rain.) Super dangerous! I returned it and told them they should take it off the lot and not rent it. Ashley exchanged it for a Toyota Corolla LE for the same price. It's been a good car, but there is a "maintenance required" light on, which makes me a little uneasy. Staff is good but cars are not.
