Pongo un UNO por no poder poner un 0. Hace unas semanas Mi pareja llamo varias veces y la atendio una tal Aroa, que no se si tendria un mal dia o es asi de borde siempre. Pidio informacion acerca de alquilar una furgoneta para la empresa durante unos dias porque la nuestra estaba en el taller. Nos dijo que nos llamaria porque andaba con mucho jaleo y esperamos 1 semana. Decidio pasarse por alli y aparte de estar agobiada y nerviosa limpiando una furgoneta le hizo esperar casi 1 hora porque segun ella tenia prisa y estaba arta de irse 'siempre tarde'. Cuando le estaba preparando el contrato de alquiler junto con la fianza y demas, no conseguia imprimir tal contrato y al final se fue de alli sin furgoneta y sin nada. Tuvimos que ir a otro sitio. Mala atencion, pesima persona e impotente a mas no poder.

When I was preparing the rental contract for him along with the deposit and so on, I couldn't print the contract and in the end he left there without a van and without anything. We had to go somewhere else. Bad attention, terrible person and impotent to the utmost.
Es la primera vez que alquilo un vehiculo con esta empresa y estoy encantada. El trato y el servicio estupendo. La relacion calidad/precio lo mejor y la flexibilidad a la hora de alquilar una maravilla. El trato con Maria excepcional. La.proxima vez repetire con ellos sin duda.

El trato fue excelente y el precio, lo mejor que encontre. La furgoneta estaba como nueva y facilitaron que pudiera recogerla/devolverla fuera del horario de Oficina (en pleno San Fermin). Alquile la furgoneta para hacer una mudanza hasta Barcelona. Los km extra fueron justo los que calcule y la devolucion de la fianza fue bastante rapida. Gracias por todo.
The treatment was excellent and the price was the best I found. The van was like new and they made it easy for me to pick it up/return it outside of office hours (in the middle of San Fermin). I rented the van to make a move to Barcelona. The extra km were just what I calculated and the return of the deposit was quite fast. Thanks for everything.
Mi experiencia ha sido satisfactoria, la atencion del personal tanto presencial como por telefono a sido de 10 , me han atendido a la mayor brevedad posible ya que me urgia alquilar una furgoneta hasta que la mia estuviera reparada. Ademas me ha salido mas economica en relacion con la otra empresa donde alquile una furgoneta. Sin dudarlo si se me ofrece nuevamente volveria a hacer uso de sus servicios. La furgoneta que me asignaron apenas tenia 24.000km, se la veia cuidada y limpia, y el cajon bien preparado para transportar cosas con comodidad. El trato fue perfecto, rapido y sin sorpresas, la fianza me ha sido devuelta en poco mas de 24h. En comparacion con servicios similares en la comarca el precio marca la diferencia, hasta la mitad de otros consultados. En caso de volver a necesitarla repetire sin duda.

Alquile una furgoneta para hacer una mudanza durante el fin de semana. Todo fue muy bien. Maria, la chica que me atendio me explico todo genial. El proceso de recogida y devolucion del vehiculo es muy sencillo. La furgoneta era practicamente nueva y de precio estan genial. !Lo recomiendo sin duda!

Alquile una Mercedes Sprinter de 11,5m3 y todo genial. La furgoneta era practicamente nueva, muy comoda y estaba muy limpia. Ademas de un consumo estupendo para el tamano de la furgo, me salio a 7.0 l/100km (practicamente todo por carretera y respetando los limites de velocidad). Maria, la chica que me atendio fue muy atenta, y lo hizo todo muy facil y rapido.
I rented a 11.5m3 Mercedes Sprinter and everything was great. The van was practically new, very comfortable and very clean.
