On saturdays they close at 11:00h even having flights at 13:00h. Hertz says they have special service to pick up cars whenever the offices are closed, but you call this one and they deny it.

Vamos a llegar un sabado a las 13:00 al aeropuerto de Pamplona. Necesitamos alquilar dos coches durante 8 dias. La Oficina cerrada desde las once de la manana del sabado hasta el lunes siguiente. Intento buscar una solucion y hablando con el "amable" empleado me deja con la palabra en la boca. Seguid asi campeones.

We are going to arrive on a Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at Pamplona airport. We need to rent two cars for 8 days. The Office closed from eleven in the morning on Saturday until the following Monday. I try to find a solution and talking to the "friendly" employee leaves me speechless. Keep it up champions.

They are very upset, I find myself on a Friday morning at 09:30 at the office with a broken car and they dont open the office until 15:00. I have a flight that will take me to Zaragoza at 14:00 and I dont know how Im doing. Its hard to get there from the customer service phone, send a note so that the staff at this office can call me and so far they havent called me.
