We hired 2 cars from the Nerja office and Alejandro was extremely helpful throughout, the cars were clean and reliable and he wasn't overly fussy re the level of fuel and looking for any minute chip or mark on the car upon returning the cars (unlike other companies!). A very pleasant experience and I can highly recommend this company. Muchos gracias.

Summary: Brilliant service! We booked a 7-seater car for 12 days, the car was great. We were a bit unfortunate with a puncture and a battery issue, but Alejandro and his team were brilliant and helped us out quickly and conveniently. They picked up our punctured car and fixed it immediately, and we were lent two other cars while this was being taken care of. We also had issues with the battery the evening before going to the airport, so to make sure that we could make it without problems, two employees showed up at our house at 2am and drove us to the airport.

I can recommend this place. There were no problems with renting a car and returning it. No frills, very clear process. Suffice to say that we booked a car with just one day before our trip in high season. That was a real luck! Speaking of the quality of the car we got, it felt like suspension servicing was kind of overdue. But apart from it, everything worked and was as expected.

I picked up a folder in the office and the gentleman (boss???) told me that all I had to do was call or write an email if I wanted to rent a car, he even had an office near where I was staying. A few days later I tried to call, it was either busy or no one answered the phone, so I wrote an email, no answer, called again, the man on the phone promised me to check the voicemail and he sent me an offer, again nothing , I sent another email inquiry and called again, the gentleman assured me again that he would send me an offer. This company apparently has no need to serve potential customers. I then tried my luck in the neighboring town, where everything went smoothly and promptly, as it should. Unfortunately you cant give no stars.

Habe mir im Buro einen Folder mitgenommen und der Herr (Chef ???) sagte mir, ich brauchte nur anrufen oder eine Mail schreiben, wenn ich ein Auto mieten mochte, er hatte sogar ein Buro in der Nahe meiner Unterkunft. Einige Tage spater versuchte ich anzurufen, es war entweder besetzt oder es ging niemand ans Telefon, also schrieb ich eine Mail, keine Antwort, wieder angerufen, versprach mir der Herr am Telefon, die Mailbox zu checken und er schickt mir ein Angebot, wieder nichts, habe noch eine Mailanfrage verschickt und nochmals nachtelefoniert, der Herr versicherte mir wieder, er wurde mir ein Angebot senden. Diese Firma hat es offenbar nicht notwendig, potentielle Kunden zu bedienen. Ich habe dann mein Gluck im Nachbarort versucht, dort ging alles reibungslos und prompt, so wie es sein soll. Leider kann man nicht keinen Stern vergeben.

Autos Nerja does not disinfect or clean its cars between 2 rentals, and does not carry out technical checks on their cars between 2 customers. I rented from them for 8 weeks this year and found myself twice having to inflate the tires, have the brake pads checked for noise, and have the window washer fluid reservoir filled. The boss is charming and tries to buy you with upgrades except that he hides a deep I dont care and has very little respect for the customer. I had a car that smelled like vomit the last rental and he refused to wash it or change it. He gave me low prices for my loyalty and today considers that I am not entitled to the same service because I pay less. He had to reduce his workforce due to Covid and carried out all the checks himself. So he doesnt have time to do everything, he tells me. Absolutely avoid.

Jai loue 8 semaines chez eux cette annee et me suis retrouvee a 2 reprises a faire gonfler les pneus, faire verifier des bruits sur les plaquettes de frein, faire remplir le reservoir de liquide lave vitre. Le patron est charmant et essaie de vous acheter a coup de surclassements sauf quil cache un profond je men foutisme et a tres peu de respect pour le client. Jai eu une voiture qui sentait le vomi a la derniere location et il a refuse de la laver ou de la changer. Il ma fait des prix dappel pour ma fidelite et considere aujourdhui que je nai pas droit au meme service car je paie moins cher. Il a du reduire ses effectifs a cause du Covid et procede lui meme a toutes les verifications. Il na donc pas le temps de tout faire me dit-il. A fuir absolument.
