Fuimos para cambiar la claraboya delantera a traves del seguro. En varios sitios nos denegaron el servicio. Es una empresa familiar que facilita mucho las cosas a la hora de la comunicacion y el servicio. Son personas serias y profesionales ademas del trato personal , aconsejando e informando en todo momento del estado del servicio y las diferentes posibilidades y opciones. Sin duda volveremos a contar con ellos cuando lo necesitemos porque en este mundo las empresas/talleres van mas al negocio que el trato y la profesionalidad. Un placer conocer a gente asi.
We went to replace the front skylight through insurance. In several places they denied us service. It is a family business that makes things much easier when it comes to communication and service. They are serious and professional people in addition to the personal treatment, advising and informing at all times about the status of the service and the different possibilities and options. Without a doubt we will count on them again when we need it because in this world companies/workshops are more about business than treatment and professionalism. A pleasure to meet people like that.
Elisa y Dani, si tuviese que calificarlos en una escala del 1 al 10, creo que les pondria un 15, superaron en mucho nuestras expectativas, no solo por la autocaravana que estuvo genial sino porque estuvimos muy contenidos y guiados por ellos en todos los detalles. Caravanas en ruta tiene un plus frente a otras ofertas dado a que el trato es directo con sus duenos, este detalle no menor pudimos notarlo desde el minuto cero cuando negociamos el contrato y no nos equivocamos al elegirlos. Fue una hermosa experiencia y tenemos la sensacion de que el beneficio supero ampliamente el costo. Lo recomendamos para todos, especialmente a los latinoamericanos como nosotros que muchas veces nos sentimos inseguros o tememos ser estafados. Muchas gracias Elisa y Dani, Dios mediante seguramente nos volveremos a ver.

Caravans en route has a plus over other offers given that the deal is direct with its owners, we were able to notice this no small detail from minute zero when we negotiated the contract and we were not wrong in choosing them. It was a beautiful experience and we have the feeling that the benefit far outweighed the cost. Alucinante viaje, fue nuestro primer viaje en caravan, temores normales, elegimos una de las mas grandes, pero la verdad que fue puro placer, los chicos atentos en todo y la unidad en excelente estado, cumplieron en todo y mas..!!!! Seguramente volveremos a alquilar con ellos.... PD: estaria bueno agregarle algun tipo de inclinometro dentro copit para saber bien los angulos de inclinacion de aparcamiento, ayuda mucho al momento de irse a dormir. Es mas, creo que ninguna caravan los trae en ninguna otra empresa.
Amazing trip, it was our first trip in a caravan, normal fears, we chose one of the largest, but the truth is that it was pure pleasure, the guys were attentive in everything and the unit was in excellent condition, they did everything and more..!!! ! We will surely rent with them again... PS: It would be good to add some type of inclinometer inside the car to know the parking angles, it helps a lot when going to sleep. What's more, I believe that no caravan carries them in any other company.
Ha sido nuestra primera experiencia en autocaravana. Como es logico teniamos muchas dudas, que nos resolvieron en nuestra primera visita. Todas las gestiones con ellos han sido muy sencillas. En cuanto a las vacaciones en si, han sido 14 dias fantasticos de una pequena aventura diaria. La autocaravana impresionantemente cuidada, no le falta detalle y lo de la maquina de aire en la zona de vivienda, todo un acierto impagable con los dias de calor que tuvimos. Nuestra ruta Madrid- San Juan de Luz- Las Landas - Burdeos - Lyon - Bergerac - Alpes- Annecy - Chamonix - Montblanc - Lugano - Milan - Genova - Monaco - Niza - Avinon - Carcason- Pirineos - Pau - San Juan de Luz- Zarauz - Madrid. Seguro que repetiremos!!!!!!!!!!!! Os dejo alguna foto
It was our first experience in a motorhome. Naturally, we had many doubts, which were resolved on our first visit. All the procedures with them have been very simple. As for the holiday itself, it has been a fantastic 14 days of a little daily adventure. The motorhome is impressively well cared for, it lacks no detail and the air machine in the living area, a priceless success with the hot days we had. Our route Madrid- Saint Jean de Luz- The Landes - Bordeaux - Lyon - Bergerac - Alps- Annecy - Chamonix - Montblanc - Lugano - Milan - Genoa - Monaco - Nice - Avignon - Carcasson- Pyrenees - Pau - Saint Jean de Luz- Zarauz - Madrid. We will surely repeat!!!!!!!!!!!! I leave you some photos
