Contrate un coche superior a 5 plazas casi un mes antes de la entrega. Para ir al aeropuerto a Madrid con 5 maletas , 5 personas y viajar comodo. El dia de la entrega me dicen que no tienen lo que pedi, y me dan un 5 plazas , diciendo que es lo que tienen, pero no habia espacio suficiente para viajar tantas horas ni maletero. Para no perder hotel en Madrid ese dia, perdiendo 3 horas de viaje y no tener alternativa para viajar, acepto el 5 plazas (teniendo que reorganizar maletas , de 5 meter 4). Y la gente viajar apenas sin espacio. Despues de pedir excusas el gerente me asegura que para la vuelta, tendre en la cocina del aeropuerto de Barajas, el coche para la vuelta solicitado en el contrato. Bueno, en la vuelta otra odisea, 4 horas de retraso para conseguir coche, por que no tenian el coche solicitado por contrato, que por cierto ni ellos saben su politica de empresa, y con un cachondeo y una cara, como una piedra por parte del personal a cargo. En resumen, unos sinverguenzas con todas las palabras. NO VOLVERE A CONTRATAR EN ENTREPRISE RENT A CAR, Y NI ACONSEJO ESTA POR MI EXPERENCIA Y L A DE OTROS CLIENTES QUE LES PASO LO MISMO.

After apologizing, the manager assures me that for the return trip, I will have the car requested in the contract in the Barajas airport kitchen for the return trip. Well, on the way back, another odyssey, 4 hours late to get a car, why didn't they have the car requested by contract, which by the way not even they know their company policy, and with a joke and a face, like a stone on the part of the staff in charge. I WILL NOT HIRE AGAIN AT ENTREPRISE RENT A CAR, AND I DO NOT ADVISE THIS BECAUSE OF MY EXPERIENCE AND THE EXPERIENCE OF OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO THEM.

He decidido modificar mi resena debido a un incidente ocurrido a la entrega del vehiculo. Al entregar el vehiculo, el cual utilice en los 3 dias de alquiler menos de 2 horas y habiendolo cuidado mejor que si fuese mi propio vehiculo. Me dice el trabajador que me aconseja que lo aspire yo antes de entregarlo porque tiene mucha arena y dejandome entrever que si no me iban a cobrar dinero de la fianza. Le dije que no creo que fuera tarea mia limpiar el vehiculo ya que su companera me habia dicho a la entrega que eso era a cargo de la empresa, el chicho me respondio (palabras textuales) que la empresa lo limpia cuando es solamente pasarle un panito y que habia demasiada arena para que fuese una limpieza normal.. en mi opinion creo que con una escoba y con la mano se podria limpiar ese vehiculo en menos de dos minutos. Pero bueno, como vio que no lo iba a limpiar me dijo que por esta vez lo dejaria pasar...como haciendome un favor. Siempre trato los coches de alquiler con mucho cuidado incluso mejor que a mi propio vehiculo y en este caso hasta lo devolvi con mas combustible del que lo recogi.. en fin que creo que a este tipo no volvere a alquilarle nunca mas ningun vehiculo, lo siento por la empresa que parece seria pero me fui con malas sensaciones de la oficina.
I have decided to modify my review due to an incident that occurred upon delivery of the vehicle. Upon delivering the vehicle, which I used for less than 2 hours in the 3 days of rental and having taken better care of it than if it were my own vehicle. The worker tells me that he advises me to vacuum it before handing it in because it has a lot of sand and letting me know that otherwise they would charge me deposit money. I told him that I don't think it was my job to clean the vehicle since his partner had told me upon delivery that this was the responsibility of the company. The boy responded (verbatim) that the company cleans it when it is just wiping it with a cloth. and that there was too much sand for it to be a normal cleaning... in my opinion I think that with a broom and by hand you could clean that vehicle in less than two minutes. But anyway, since he saw that I wasn't going to clean it, he told me that this time he would let it go...like doing me a favor. I always treat rental cars with great care, even better than my own vehicle, and in this case I even returned it with more fuel than I picked it up... well, I don't think I will ever rent a vehicle from this guy again, I I feel for the company that seems serious but I left the office with bad feelings.
El 24 de julio alquile en primer lugar una furgoneta, al estar en la oficina de Naron para recogerla el director me ofrecio otro coche de mayor gama por solo 10EUR mas, acepte. Me ofrecio un seguro de carretera que me costaria junto con el coche de mayor gama 50EUR en total, me prometio no cobrarme dinero por el conductor adicional. Mi sorpresa es cuando devuelvo el coche en otra oficina y me cobra 80EUR, donde esta el conductor adicional anadido. Tras esto he llamado miles de veces en este mes que ha pasado a la oficina de Naron y no me cogen ni el telefono, aparte en atencion al cliente de enterprise he puesto una queja y me dijeron que en la mayor brevedad esta oficina de Naron me llamaria... Un cachondeo toda esta situacion
On July 24, I first rented a van, when I was at Naron's office to pick it up, the director offered me another higher-end car for only EUR10 more, I accepted. He offered me road insurance that would cost me EUR50 in total along with the highest-end car, and he promised not to charge me any money for the additional driver. My surprise is when I return the car to another office and they charge me EUR80, where the additional driver is added. After this, I have called thousands of times in this month to the Naron office and they do not even answer the phone, apart from enterprise customer service I have filed a complaint and they told me that this Naron office will contact me as soon as possible. I would call... This whole situation is a joke.
I wolud Like to give bad review due to situation of waiting for refund of 2 months now. On the day when I supposed to pick up my car I got answer from office that there was NO car available for my trip,and I was forced to accept to take refund witch sill I'm been waiting. And ofc, it's impossible to get in touch with this office cause in working time automatic message is giving me answer that office is closed. If you can book with another rental company in this area.
Owner in Guadalajara great. In Ferrol, the worker is a complete donkey trying to steal my deposit by accusing me of damage which already existed. I have the photos, she didn't believe my photos and kept me waiting more than 1 hour outside in the cold. Her name in Ferrol is Marta Eras. Avoid and save your money.

We rented a Toyota Agro for two days at the price of Euro 56. Car is park behind the petrol station, and there's a hole for u to drop ur key if u wanna return after use. Overall not bad. Stuff can communicate in English and everything was hassle free.
