I was looking for a renting company for quite a while as there is plenty of them in Mallorca. Chosen this company based on recommendations. Despite my mistake during online reservation Toni sorted out all and I was able to rent the car I chose for the time I wanted. Full 2 full policy in plus. No deposit with full insurance. Cars are new and clean. We will return once will be around. Keep it up!

Checked several deals on car hire in Playa de muro before our holiday in April. Didn't want to commit to booking a date, but decided to use Salesca based on the reviews. So glad we did. As a 'walk in' we probably didn't get the model we would have chosen but got a small, clean car with quick, no fuss process. Only extra to pay was for additional driver. Had a great day out and returned the car to Tony who is, indeed, a great funny guy. Chatted to him for ages and would definitely deal with him again. Great service!

Very good experience with the car rental! The price is exactly as advertised, no hidden costs and the employee (Toni) was really nice and friendly! They were even cool enough to pick us up from the hotel so we could take the car with us on site (it was raining heavily that day). Great service! Next time you visit Mallorca, only choose Salesca for a rental car

I definitely recommend it. Full professionalism. Clear rules. No debit from the card, no fraud. The car is clean and functional, but unfortunately this is not always standard. We received the car with a full tank and returned it with a full tank. If I am in Majorca, I will definitely rent a car again :)

When we asked on site, we were quoted a price of almost 300 for three days for the cheapest small car. We then found the SAME car online through the SAME provider for just 144 for 3 days. We made a reservation, but then there was apparently a technical problem, which is why the reservation was suddenly only for 2 days, but at the same price. When we wanted to pick up the car on site, already very annoyed, we were informed that the car that had already been reserved and confirmed by email would supposedly not exist at all (a Fiat 500 with a glass top). This was a blatant lie as we saw this exact car parked at the rental lot a day later. We then canceled the reservation and rented a car somewhere else. The woman in charge was very unfriendly and incompetent. Additionally, it should be mentioned that we were kept waiting for several minutes while the woman processed other customers who came after us. Even though she already knew that the car supposedly didnt exist. Extremely annoying!!!!! Note: Its best to rent cars from Vanrell, just down the street, at least they wont cheat you.

Daraufhin haben wir im Internet uber den SELBEN Anbieter das SELBE Auto fur nur 144 fur 3 Tage gefunden. Wir haben reserviert, dann gab es aber scheinbar ein technisches Problem, weshalb die Reservierung dann nur noch plotzlich fur 2 Tage, allerdings zum selben Preis, war. Als wir dann, schon sehr verargert, vor Ort das Auto abholen wollten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es das bereits reservierte und per Email bestatigte Auto so angeblich uberhaupt nicht geben wurde (ein Fiat 500 mit Glas Top). Dies war eine dreiste Luge, da wir genau dieses Auto einen Tag spater auf dem Platz der Vermietung stehen sahen. Wir haben dann die Reservierung abgesagt und uns woanders einen Wagen gemietet. Die Verantwortliche Frau war sehr unfreundlich und inkompetent. Zusatzlich zu erwahnen ist, dass wir noch mehrere Minuten warten gelassen wurden, wahrend die Frau andere Kunden abfertigte, die nach uns gekommen sind. Obwohl sie ja da bereits wusste, dass es das Auto angeblich nicht gibt. Mega argerlich!!!!! Anmerkung: Autos mietet man daher am besten bei Vanrell, ein Stuck die Strasse runter, die betrugen einen wenigstens nicht.

Excellent car rental service, the manager Tony is just fire. Most of the cars are new, clean, prices are reasonable + discounts are possible. I personally took a Ford Tourneo Connect 7 seats - an excellent car for a large family + a spacious trunk. They support airport transfers or car rentals with car drop-off at the airport. Danger!!! We were scammed as a family by the lady named Laila. She mentioned several times that it wasnt a problem to fill up too much because they would pay it back in cash and thus make up for it. We asked several times and I speak English very well. There was definitely NO misunderstanding! Her words were If you fill up too much, well pay back in cash... When we wanted to hand in the A1 in the evening, she was no longer there and the other employee explained to us that this wasnt the case. When we asked her about it the next day, she grinned cheekily and denied everything. This is very rude and mean. We dont know this from any other car rental company and we are very disappointed!
