I do not recommend this car rental company. Our experience was frustrating from the start. Despite having full insurance coverage with no deposit required per the booking, they insisted on a EUR150 deposit. They also kept us waiting for over an hour to get the car. Even worse, they made photocopies of sensitive documents like my passport, driver's license, and even my bank card--a practice I've never encountered before and one that seems incredibly unsafe. Communication was also a huge problem. The staff didn't speak English and made no effort to communicate clearly, leading to confusion and frustration. We even had an argument about the fuel. We returned the car with the same level of gas, but they initially claimed it was less. While the car itself was fine, that's the bare minimum you'd expect, and it doesn't make up for their poor customer service and shady practices. Overall, I cannot recommend this company and advise others to be cautious. EDIT after their answer: Photocopying a bank card is very unsafe and likely illegal per the GDPR. When we have a full insurance and paid a deposit, the bank card is not necessary, and any fines can be sent to my address. Also the review is about my personal experience, so telling me to read the experience others had with you won't change mine. But it is also interesting how many people point out the same problems: you have hidden fees/deposits, you make people wait for more than an hour to rent a car even though they have an appointment, and you're highly unprofessional. It's also interesting that many of the reviews you have are fake (people who only have reviews for the 3 offices you have...). And you didn't answer about the other issues I pointed out to you.

SCAM SCAM SCAM, refused to rent us our car as we were late (they weren't in the office as it was their siesta) and told us that we had to pay hundreds of euros which we refused so refused to give our money back too. Scammers DO NOT use them!!!!

Scam. Refused to rent us the car that was booked and paid for without paying hundreds of extra for premium insurance. Absolute scam. Would not recommend. Wasted an entire days holiday as they were shut for hours on end despite advertising as being open 24/7. Edit to reply to response: We tried to collect as soon as you reopened at 16:00 (no idea where you got 17:00 from), having been shut since we arrived just before 12, it was booked for 11 but as we were arriving within the hours grace period in your t&c's we followed your advice and did not advise we were going to be late, as it was less than an hour. Getting to you from the airport wasn't as easy as we hoped hence the slight tardiness. You say your partners explained everything which is simply not true. The girl we were dealing with in the office refused to use google translate with us to try and overcome the language barrier and instead handed us a phone with someone on the other end who could speak as much English as we could Spanish. I'm not for a minute inferring we expected someone to speak English, only to work with us in overcoming the barrier. It wouldn't be altogether surprising to have an English speaker on the team dealing with international travellers however. The gentleman we spoke to could neither explain why we were being charged extra nor answer any of our questions. It was a very frustrating experience and the only information he was able to convey was the EUR300 extra we needed to pay.

Scam artist, I booked a 1 series BMW paid 442EUR fully comped with no deposit for 3 days as stated on the website which I paid additional 50EUR for, however when I got there the guy serving us said they had no 1 series so they will give us a Clio instead I said how is that a like to like car I could have paid less than half for that he said unfortunately he can't do anything and I didn't even ask for a refund at this point but he said you can't get your money back as we have a no refund policy. Bare in mind this was all whilst my car broke down so I was looking for something last minute after 2 hours of arguing we agreed to take the clio as we had no option then the cheeky scam artist took advantage of our vulnerable situation as everything else was shut and wanted 500EUR deposit on top when I had paid 50EUR extra for no access. Please please please avoid this company at all costs and especially the guy with the glasses they had so many others cars there but apparently there all for sale. We were left stranded at 8pm he shut the dealership and left us there which then we had to get a taxi from this dealership all the way to Alicante Europcar (130EUR) as it was the only place open at the time. Awful experience they give spanish people a bad name
