Extremely happy using OK Mobility again at Murcia airport. Will definitely use again and based on my experience would definitely recommend.
Very good customer service. Great price and they do not ask for a huge holding fee. Condition of cars is always at a high standard. Very straight forward process on pick up and Drop off.
Good reliable office. Fair price. Good service. Who don't appear to find fictional faults when you return the car, unlike others.
I recently rented a car from this company and ordered a Mercedes C class or equivalent. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to receive a Cupra instead, which in my opinion is not in the same class in terms of comfort, size and ride quality. Although the car worked, it did not meet my expectations based on what I had paid for and agreed upon when ordering. I think the company should be clearer in its descriptions and ensure that they deliver cars in the same category as ordered, or at least inform customers in advance of any changes. For future customers, I recommend being aware that the cars offered as "equivalent" may not be at the same level as the car ordered.
Absolutely disgraceful. Tried to sell additional insurance which we had already bought, then charged us for going over mileage by hundreds of km. We hardly used the car at all. Not even used half a tank of fuel!! Tried to show them it's their fault and their admin error but all they are interested in is money not customer service. As a regular visitor to the region I can definitely say avoid at all costs and we'll be taking it business elsewhere for the future!!!!
**Absolutely Terrible Experience - Avoid OK Mobility at Murcia Airport!** I had one of the worst rental experiences ever with OK Mobility at Murcia Airport. I had already purchased insurance online before my trip, but when I arrived at the airport, the staff told me that the insurance I had bought was worthless, forcing me to buy a new one on the spot for an outrageous EUR379! I had no choice but to pay because I was traveling with a toddler in sweltering heat. The situation was incredibly stressful, and the lack of transparency felt like a scam. It doesn't end there. When I returned the car after two weeks, the staff decided to charge me an additional EUR80 for cleaning because there were a few biscuit crumbs on the floor. They actually suggested I take the car to a gas station to clean it myself if I didn't want to pay. How can they expect the car to be returned spotless after two weeks of use? Avoid OK Mobility at all costs! This company clearly takes advantage of customers, especially in difficult situations. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reputable rental company.

A mixed review unfortunately, and judging by the most recent reviews on TrustPilot it seems we aren't alone. The booking experience via DoYouSpain was simple, quick and easy, however, upon dealing with OK MOBILITY directly it all unravelled. A week or so before our arrival we received an email to say our collection had changed, little other information other than you now had to walk to the office rather than being collected by the company bus. Because 2 of our party are disabled I emailed them to ask how far we now have to walk as due to disabilities any distance would be a problem. NO RESPONSE! 3 days later I called, no obvious options to select for our query which resulted in 2 calls to speak to a human being who turned out to be not particularly helpful, but apparently OK MOBILITY are now onsite at Murcia, however, still no idea on distance despite asking. Upon arrival, their office is opposite the entrance, but with no signs or signage and not in plain sight as its located at the back of the building. In the office, 1 customer in front of me, 3 members of staff but the computers aren't working. The 1st customer has already been waiting an hour, we end up waiting nearly 45 minutes for the system to work again. UNACCEPTABLE! Total reliance on computers when they can and do fail is ridiculous and forms should be available to staff to take customer information so they are not held up, especially when the wording of your contracts state that your rental will be cancelled if, as the customer, you are late to collect including if your flight is delayed, which no customer has any control over. Next, our car is nowhere to be seen, so I ask where it is, to be told 'over there' with a general wave of an arm. No idea on distance, car, colour or which numbered bay it's in. At this point I state that in light of the delays, that 2 people in our group are disabled, we don't know the airport and you have given no real indication as to where our car is, could you not bring it to us? NO RESPONSE! Outside, as we try and manoeuvre ourselves, 2 disabled people, a trolley and 3 suitcases in the general direction of the arm wave, finally a member of staff took the key and brought the car to us. The car itself looks nice initially but is scratched on nearly every panel and we were not given or shown any damage report, but I always take our own pictures anyway. The interior is not cleaned to anywhere near the standard claimed online! Over 30 days and nearly 4,000kms the car does prove virtually faultless bar a couple of minor electrical glitches solved by turning it off and on again. On returning however we filled it with fuel as per our contract and the gauge will not show full, so I take pictures inside the filler neck showing it is full and explain, and despite expecting a problem, the lady understands, reassures us it's not a problem and unblocks our credit card without any delay. *ADVICE FOR OK MOBILITY* Unreasonable contractual threats, low mileage limits and poor customer service do not build customer loyalty or confidence. This was our first time in the area and everyone we came across loves the area and return regularly, which we will also now do. All anyone wants is fair pricing, no unreasonable terms or additional charges and reasonable customer service. Look on all the local area Facebook groups, there isn't a day goes by where people aren't asking for hire car recommendations, be a company your customers have confidence in recommending to others for quality, honesty and price and you will make much more that way through loyalty than you ever do by squeezing every last euro from customers as a one off simply because you alienate them with your T+C's and penny pinching and they end up going to your competitors. Had our return experience matched our collection, you would have received 1 star, as it is this has become a generous 3 star. On our next visit, IF WE USE YOU, we would like to raise that further, but your customer service, contracts and T+C's are desperately in need of an overhaul first!
