Very bad customer service. We booked on line but that's not a real booking. We didn't hear anything for 24 hours. We called their number and the man who responded was rude and said they had NO CARS for the entire week! This is not even Easter week. It's after. They should NOT allow to book on line, if then they are unable to confirm that they have actually ANY cars available!?!

Super Autos und Superservice. Wir haben da schon mehrmals gebucht. Auto kann in Alicante am Flughafen direkt im Parkhaus abgeholt und zuruckgegeben werden. Das ist ein Riesen Vorteil denn dadurch entfallt das ewige warten an den Mietwagenschalter. Nicht so toll sind die Kindersitze. Die sind weder sauber nach erfahrt man wie diese montiert werden.
Great cars and great service. We have already booked there several times. Cars can be picked up and returned directly to the parking garage in Alicante at the airport. This is a huge advantage because it means you don't have to wait forever at the rental car counter. The child seats are not that great. They are neither clean after you find out how they are installed.
The best in the area. Efficient, competitive and customer friendly.
