TIMADORES! Servicio nefasto, solo quieren sacarte el dinero, te cobran por gestiones que no hacen.. Primero te entregar el coche con la gasolina por encima de lo que tiene que llevar, para que luego cuando lo lleves a llenar el deposito (hasta donde indica de lleno) tenga menos que la inicial y te cobren una tasa. Despues se supone que me llego una multa (que no he visto ni me ha llegado) y me cobran 50EUR por gestionarla, a lo que le pregunte como puedo pagarla y me dice q ya llegara a mi domicilio y me haga cargo de ella, entonces que gestion se supone que hacen? LADRONES!!! Ganan mas sacandote el dinero que por alquilar coches. La peor empresa de alquiler de coches, jamas me habia pasado algo asi!

Very good service. Staff gentleman was great and know his job perfectly and he even try and spoke good English to help us with our questions and services were stunning by staff on desk. Note:: Herts from Malaga and Murcia are 100 times better then Avis from Barcelona airport.

Very positive experience with the staff at this Hertz office. I was exchanging cars due to a tire damage. Everything was smooth and professional. The Hertz representative was speaking English and he made the whole process quick and not stressful by addressing all my questions and doubts. He was handling both returns and car collection, so basically working for two - should get a raise!

Cuidado con ellos!!! me dejaron un coche de alquiler por medio del seguro durante una semana, tuve un retraso de dos horas en la entrega que era al cierre del mostrador, por lo que tuve que dejar las llaves en el buzon y me han cargado un dia completo con todos los seguros incluidos se han quedado agusto. No me fiaria de hacer un alquiler con ellos. Horrible.

Minutes after assigning me the vehicle, I received an email in which they pointed out the damage it had, I sent them another one with some more minor damage that they didnt count on, so far so good. During the stretch of those four days, while parked, a vehicle reversing, at a speed of no more than half km/h, gave me a small bump, at first glance there was nothing, only the damage that had already been indicated to me. in the aforementioned e-mail, but just in case, since it was a rental and to avoid problems with the Hertz company, I made a friendly report together with the driver of the opposite vehicle, the man did not put any impediment and took responsibility, without problems What a mistake I made for making the report. The day I hand over the keys to the vehicle, I do it with the accident report and the boy who attended to it, the only thing he asks me is if I had comprehensive insurance and I tell him that the person responsible for the accident is the cause of it, there it is everything remains, in front of me he did not go to see the vehicle. El trato al cliente es nefasto, aqui va mi motivo de tal enfado: Alquile un vehiculo por cuatro dias en el Aeropuerto de Santander, lo primero que intentan es venderte el seguro a todo riesgo, a sabiendas que cualquier vehiculo que se pone en circulacion ya lleva su seguro, como minimo a terceros. Minutos despues de asignarme el vehiculo, me llega al e-mail un correo en el que me marcan los desperfectos que lleve el mismo, yo les remiti otro con algun dano leve mas con el que no contaban, hasta ahi bien. En el tramo de esos cuatro dias, estando estacionado, un vehiculo dando marcha atras, a una velocidad de no mas de medio km/h, me da un pequeno golpe, ha simple vista no tenia nada, solo los desperfectos que ya me habian indicado en el e-mail anteriormente mencionado, pero por si acaso, al ser de alquiler y evitar problemas con la compania Hertz, realizo junto con el conductor del vehiculo contrario un parte amistoso, el senor no puso impedimento alguno y se hizo responsable, sin problemas, vaya fallo el mio por hacer el parte. El dia que entrego las llaves del vehiculo, lo hago junto al parte de accidente y el chico que atendia, lo unico que me pregunta es si tenia seguro a todo riesgo y le digo que el culpable del golpe se hace causante del mismo, ahi se queda todo, delante mio no fue a ver el vehiculo. Ya montado en el avion antes de despegar, me llega un email con una retencion en mi cuenta de algo mas de 490 , ya habian peritado los danos, ni media hora de la entrega de llaves. Y cuando a ellos les ha interesado, me lo han quitado de la cuenta. Entre el tiempo que he tenido el dinero retenido, hasta que ya me lo retiran, les he enviado dos emails (unica forma de contactar con ellos si no es un 902, imposible por otros metodos) que ha fecha de hoy, han pasado mas de 15 dias, no he recibido respuesta alguna. A mi me da, que la intencion de Hertz a parte de sacarme el dinero a mi, es estafar a la compania aseguradora contraria, en este caso es Mapfre. Por lo tanto, siendo la primera vez que alquilaba con Hertz, como dice mi santa madre una y no mas Santo Tomas. No recomiendo, para nada esta compania, con las demas no he tenido problema alguno. Asi que un 0 senores de Hertz.
