Avoid this company. The opening pop up tells customers of their COVID policy - see attached of the car we hired and had to reject because it was not roadworthy (warning lights came on and the seat belts didn't work) and fifty dirty. What a disgraceful company. When we complained they told us they had many legal cases pending and one more wouldn't make any difference. I have included some pictures of the car itself. The car had clearly been involved in a front end collision with bad damage to the front and a twisted chassis (the passenger door wouldn't close completely as a result). Their comment "you won't be able to prove it". Unbelievable. We will of course deal with our issues but just avoid this terrible company. They operate in Alicante and Murcia - be warned!

A pesar de haber reservado con una semana de antelacion, el vehiculo cuando se fue a recoger no estaba en buen estado. Incitaron a incumplir una norma de seguridad, ya que podria haber provocado accidente. Tras varias horas intentando solucionar, solo me devolvieron el dinero, y por lo menos me llevaron a la competencia.
Despite having booked a week in advance, the vehicle when it was picked up was not in good condition. They encouraged people to break a safety rule, as it could have caused an accident. After several hours trying to solve it, they only gave me my money back, and at least they took me to the competition.
La peor empresa para alquilar furgonetas. La mayoria son viejas. Te entregan furgonetas incluso que no le entren algunas de las marchas pudiendo el cliente tener algun accidente. En precio te cobran lo mismo que otras empresas pero que entregan furgonetas en condiciones, pero como le hagas un minimo roce te cobran como nuevas. El dueno un impresentable. Si eres un suicida este lugar es el correcto para alquilar furgonetas. Nosotros ya vamos a presentar la reclamacion en consumo.
The worst company to rent vans. Most are old. They deliver vans even if some of the gears do not engage, and the client could have an accident. In terms of price, they charge you the same as other companies but they deliver vans in good condition, but if you make the slightest touch on them, they charge you like new.
