Van hire - good service
La atencion al cliente muy bien, son muy amables y atentos, pero el estado de la furgonetas era lamentable. Llevaba todos los testigos de fallos de taller encendidos, la caja de cambios estaba fatal y la direccion practicamente igual. Entiendo que al ser una furgoneta de mudanzas tenga golpes, pero que lleve el retrovisor con el cristal roto y cogido con cinta americana me parece excesivo. Para la ubicacion que tienen, que tienes que desplazarte expresamente para ir a por la furgoneta, creo que podrian tenerlas mas cuidadas, ya que teniendo en murcia centro bastantes alquileres de furgonetas, no interesa desplazarse tanto para obtener esa calidad.
The customer service was very good, they are very friendly and attentive, but the condition of the vans was deplorable. All the workshop fault warning lights were on, the gearbox was terrible and the steering was practically the same. I understand that since it is a moving van it has dents, but having the mirror with the glass broken and held up with duct tape seems excessive to me. For the location they have, where you have to travel specifically to get the van, I think they could take better care of them, since having quite a few van rentals in central Murcia, it is not interesting to travel so much to obtain that quality.
No he visto una cosa igual hasta ahora. Pongo una estrella porque no me deja poner resena si no la marco, pero el servicio es un cero absoluto.reserve una furgoneta para un viaje familiar, intente ampliar en dias la reserva, me decian que me devolverian la llamada para informar si era posible y nunca me llamaron. Llegado el dia del viaje, nos quieren endosar una vito con el testigo de la bateria encendido, cuando avisamos, tocan "algo" y ahora lo que se enciende es el testigo de fallo en el motor. Finalmente nos vamos sin furgoneta, nos han dejado tirados el mismo dia del viaje. Por supuesto pienso reclamarles el sobrecoste en gasolina y parking que voy a tener por tener que llevarme dos coches, ademas de danos y perjuicios nos han demorado la salida de nuestro viaje y desbaratado toda la organizacion del mismo. Son unos informales, no los recomiendo para nada.

Finally we leave without a van, they have left us stranded on the day of the trip. Of course I plan to complain to them about the extra cost in gasoline and parking that I will have for having to take two cars, in addition to damages and losses, they have delayed the departure of our trip and disrupted the entire organization of it. They are informal, I do not recommend them at all.
Alquilamos una furgoneta para una mudanza y nos dieron una con 230000 km, falta de aceite (se encendia frecuentemente el testigo del aceite) , direccion estropeada (holgura constsnte) , sin potencia (le costaba acelerar bastante) y de vez en cuando entraba humo del motor en la cabina, teniendo que abrir ventanas por el olor y la tos. Un desastre de servicio.

Ya he alquilado varias furgonetas, primero fue una prueba y ahora semanalmente alquilamos siempre que en la empresa necesitamos desplazarnos con gente (recomiendo la Mercedes V) y las furgonetas y camiones de carga para transportes de mercancia. Trato de 10, y encima me llevaron una de las furgonetas a la oficina un dia que no teniamos vehiculo. 100% recomendable porque ademas siempre me han dado un mejor precio Por cierto, en una de las IVECO hicimos un viaje de Murcia a Colonia, Alemania.

Decidi alquilar una furgoneta con ellos por recomendacion de un amigo y sin duda, un acierto total. El trato es muy cercano y la relacion calidad/precio, creo que no hay nadie mejor (estuve comparando con otras companias y no habia nada mejor). La furgoneta muy comoda y con mucho espacio de almacenaje. Entregada impecable. Si en un futuro necesitase alquilar de nuevo, sin duda volvere a repetir.
