Buenos dias: Voy a compartir mi experiencia para que pueda servir de ayuda a los usuarios y a la empresa para mejorar. El alquiler del coche fue correcto. Devolvi el coche en perfecto estado y con el deposito totalmente lleno de combustible (no lo recibi con el deposito lleno). Reclamo la fianza (150 euros) y pido explicaciones a la empresa, despues de estar esperando un mes me envian una documentacion erronea que no pueden gestionar en mi entidad bancaria. A traves de mi banco se abre una operacion de fraude y, tras numerosas llamadas y perdidas de tiempo, mi gestor bancario consigue que EUROPCAR ingrese en mi cuenta la fianza correspondiente. No lo recomiendo en absoluto, me ha costado mucho tiempo y esfuerzo solucionar esto.

Mi experiencia ha sido de 10. Los chicos nos atendieron en el hotel Agalia Murcia en un momento. El coche ha ido genial y a la vuelta me han atendido super rapido. Los chicos super amables me han dado todas las facilidades a la hora de devolver el coche. Los he llamado varias veces para preguntarles cosas y siempre con una sonrisa y un talante maravilloso. Asi da gusto trabajar, con gente tan amable.
My experience has been a 10. The guys helped us at the Agalia Murcia hotel in a moment. The car went great and when I returned they took care of me super quickly. The super friendly guys have given me all the facilities when returning the car. I have called them several times to ask them things and always with a smile and a wonderful disposition. It's such a pleasure to work, with such kind people.
Uncomplicated booking via Web, pickup inside hotel, separate desk near lift. Car was fine and clean. Unfortunately I had to look for the car some time before finding it via doir-remote. Exit and return is a little confusing if not used to. One Parking ticket is used at two barriers.
Voy a contar mi experiencia con esta empresa, Ojala que sirva para que no le pase a nadie mas. Mi seguro me dio un coche de sustitucion, de esta empresa, ellos saben de sobra que el costo corre a cuenta del seguro (Que dicho sea de paso es un todo riesgo) Me hicieron lo siguiente, sin previo aviso, me hacen un cargo de 700-EUR en la cuenta. Llamo para reclamar y se tiran la pelota unos a otros. Esperare un tiempo razonable para que me hagan la devolucion, si no tendre que interponer una denuncia. No los Recomiendo!
I am going to tell my experience with this company, I hope it helps so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. My insurance gave me a replacement car, from this company, they know very well that the cost is covered by the insurance (Which, by the way, is a complete risk) They did the following to me, without prior notice, they charged me EUR700 to my account. I call to complain and they throw the ball at each other. I will wait a reasonable time for the refund to be made, otherwise I will have to file a complaint. I do not recommend them!
I had a booking, due to delays with my flight I wasn't able to make the pick up time. When I got there they let me know they could no longer find my booking. They mentioned it was there a few hours ago, but as I arrived, no longer there. They offered me on the spot a price of 314 Euros for the weekly hire. They insisted it was the best price and that they had knocked money off and included ''free'' insurance for the and I quote ''inconvenience'' they had caused. I refused to take on the spot. My partner checked online and was able to get the same deal and price for 70 Euros for the whole week. Simply putting this out there, to hopefully help someone that may have a similar experience. Please check the online prices if they try this on you.
