i rented a Citroen electric furgoneta from Madrid Atocha on 20th of April 2024,. They ensured me that i can drive 300km without recharging, and duration of charge is only 30mins with fast charger however the information was completely wrong. I travelled from Madrid to Murcia within 12 hours spent 2 hours for charging and could travel only 100km/h speed. Why i am voting 5 stars? because this Murcia office saved my life with full empathy and by letting me to drop the vehicle in Murcia office without charging any fees and penalties. I would like to thank a lot to Marta and Wiliam they were so kind!
We experienced a quality service at the desk when we picked up the car and everything was 100% about the rental. We rented a car for a weekend and first of all the price was really good and the car also. We will for sure rent a car again from this company!
In order to rent a vehicle here you must show proof of CURRENT home address if it's not displayed in your driver's license. This is something we weren't aware of until the day we were to pick up our rental. We weren't able to rent a vehicle from Enterprise because we couldn't provide a document(s) to verify our address. We decided to go to another car rental agency(Avis) and had no problems. The only documents required from them was our passport, driver's license and credit card,/debit card.
Vehicle wasn't even there. Had to wait 1.5 hours then a further half an hour while it was valeted. Had to reorganize the weekend. No apology. I bet they would have charged me if I had returned a vehicle 1.5 hours late!
Do not rent from here! EXTREMELY unprofessional service, lackluster employees and problems of providing the booked vehicle. A enormous waste of time. I repeat DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Avoid at all costs. We booked and confirmed a booking here and once it was time to pick it up they had nothing like the vehicle booked available and told us they only had it at the CARTAGENA location (40 minutes away) as if that's OUR problem or some sort of option. After we have paid to confirm our booking. Did not try to solve the problem and additionally were extremely unhelpful and RUDE (After their mess up!! Not ours!!) If you want a smooth car rental with peace of mind and professional treatment I strongly advise you look elsewhere. These employees aren't fit to interact with clients.
Extremely bad customer service. Failed to provide a car that had been pre-booked and paid for. No apologies, not a care given. I would avoid this company at all costs... They do not care about your needs as a customer.
Excellent car rental location, probably the best one you will find in Murcia, good quality cars. Professing is very fast and efficient with their tablets and the customer service is perfect. Enterprise anywhere is always good
My experience was very good. I rented the car for a day to go to the beach with my friends, they made an upgrade just because for the same price. Would use their services again!!
