El peor sitio de alquiler. Te roban dinero por todos lados. 1. tres semanas me han tenido esperando para que no me devuelvan la fianza inventandose cualquier desperfecto para no devolverme nada. 2. Exigen que tu mismo vayas y pases sus revisiones porque no te quieren dar una de repuesto , cuando la obligacion es de ellos , que por algo pagas un dineral.

Trato con indiferencia, les molesta que los clientes aparquen sus coches particulares a la sombra, te lo mueven y lo ponen al sol, aunque no necesiten ese espacio. No se dan cuenta de que no se puede aparcar fuera de su recinto. No vuelvo a alquilar mas una furgoneta en Corbalan Murcia.

Mi experiencia no fue positiva. Alquile una furgoneta tipo Vito (Citroen Jumpy) para 3 dias e ir a Malaga a por muebles. A mitad de camino salto una alarma de "fallo motor. Lleve el vehiculo al taller". Lo comunique a la empresa y me dijeron que lo llevase a taller Citroen o Peugeot para lo viesen y valorasen si podia volver a Murcia. Ningun taller me pudo atender de hoy para hoy. Como no parecia grave, me indicaron que volviese a Murcia. Regrese de madrugada con la furgoneta cargada de muebles, con el mismo aviso y con la preocupacion de que en cualquier momento pudiese agravarse la averia. Ademas la furgoneta tenia multitud de desperfectos de chapa y pintura en todas las partes (creo que no habia ninguna parte sin desperfectos). Encima te dicen que si le haces un nuevo roce, se paga hasta 350 euros por cada parte o pano danado. De este modo, si la puerta, que ya esta danada, la vuelvo a danar me cobraran lo que ya le cobraron al conductor que la dano por primera vez, es decir que ellos arreglan una vez la puerta y se lo cobran a 2, 3 o mas clientes. Parece parte del negocio. Ademas de lo anterior, debo decir que pude hacer lo que tenia previsto a pesar de tener que perder mi tiempo yendo a buscar concesionario en Malaga. En mi opinion esa furgoneta no estaba en condicion de alquilar, por estado estetico y por estado mecanico. Se lo dije al encargado al volver pero el opinaba que "eso le puede pasar a cualquier vehiculo".

ALQUILAR UNA FURGONETA TE PUEDE COSTAR 7.350EUR. . Personal respetuoso, todo hay que decirlo, pero experiencia nefasta. Una vez firmado el contrato (precio de la furgoneta pequena por una tarde 34EUR + 350EUR que te retienen en la tarjeta como fianza) te explica el operario que el seguro es a terceros y que la furgoneta a su alrededor esta catalogada por ellos por 21 partes, es decir, la aleta derecha, el paragolpes, las puertas, etcetera, asi hasta 21. Si tienes un accidente y la culpa es tuya, pagas 350EUR maximo por cada una de las 21 partes, es decir si la furgoneta vuelca y tienes la suerte de no matarte, que sepas que te espera una factura de 7.350EUR para arreglar la furgoneta, todo por que no pagan un seguro en condiciones (dice que no se lo asegura la compania? La publicidad de sus vallas, puro engano, cuando le pregunte sobre el precio publicitario, me dijo que el precio era "desde" para el caso de ser el alquiler durante un mes. Evidentemente uno sabe leer y no pone en la publicidad de las furgonetas el "desde" pone que una furgoneta pequena POR DIA 13,33EUR y a mi por esa misma furgoneta una tarde 34EUR. Por no discutir y por que era ultima hora de la tarde y no me daba tiempo ha alquilar otra, acepte y ya esta. Ya lo sabes, antes de alquilar piensa si te merece la pena ir nervioso por si pasara algo, ya que la fiesta son mas de siete mil euros.
