FRAUD! Rent at your own risk. Full insurance coverage was added to the rental without my knowledge. All I was shown was the box to sign at the end and not the additional charges. The agent made it sound like it was just basic stuff. When I complained to Budget customer service, their response was, "Tough. You signed the contract." No concern that their employees are cheating customers. Evidently they just want the money any way they can get it. Shocking.
Rented a car at this location. Very satisfied. Yesenia was very helpful. Although there was a language barrier, Yesenia went above and beyond communicating via google translate to make sure we understood everything. Would highly recommend this location for renting a car in Murcia.

Servicio pesimo , Alquilas un coche para las 13:00 y llegas a las 13:05 y te dicen que esta cerrado que vuelvas a las 16:00 con una sonrisa como riendose. Despues de esperar 3h te dan un coche mas pequeno del contratado y lleno de golpes
Terrible service, You rent a car for 1:00 p.m. and you arrive at 1:05 p.m. and they tell you that it is closed to come back at 4:00 p.m. with a smile as if laughing. After waiting 3 hours they give you a car that is smaller than the one hired and full of bumps
La oficina de alquiler de Murcia bien y la atencion por parte de la dependienta perfecta, pero Budget como empresa por mi parte deja mucho que desear, alquile un coche en Kiev haciendo un alquiler prepagado de 154 EUR. Llame por telefono para hacer una modificacion, a lo que me dijeron que al ser una reserva pagada por internet no podian modificar, dije vale, colgue y bien todo me quedo como lo tengo. Entro en la pagina y pongo mi numero de reserva y cual es mi sorpresa que mi reserva a sido cancelada (?Como?) Llamo por telefono a la compania y me dicen que si que ha sido cancelada y que ya no se puede recuperar. Miro otra vez la reserva por la web y veo que esta a subido 20 euros, lo hablo con ellos y me dicen que me hacen un bono descuento por ese importe, acepto. Me llega al email un bono descuento de Avis (empresa de la misma compania pero con unos precios mucho mas altos) osea que el bono es como si no me hubieran mandado nada. Al final he tenido que pagar otro alquiler por 196 euros y aun no me han devuelto los 154 de la primera reserva. A todo esto el unico email que he recibido es el del bono de descuento que no me sirve para nada de Avis, ni de confirmacion de ninguna de las dos reservas, ni de cancelacion de la primera, los numeros de reserva los he conseguido llamando por telefono.
The Murcia rental office is good and the attention from the salesperson is perfect, but Budget as a company leaves a lot to be desired, I rented a car in kyiv with a prepaid rental of EUR154. I called by phone to make a modification, to which they told me that since it was a reservation paid for online they could not modify it, I said okay, hung up and everything remained as I had it. I go to the page and enter my reservation number and what is my surprise that my reservation has been canceled (How?) I call the company and they tell me that it has been canceled and that it can no longer be recovered. I look at the reservation on the website again and I see that it has been increased by 20 euros, I talk to them and they tell me that they will give me a discount voucher for that amount, I accept. I received a discount voucher from Avis (a company from the same company but with much higher prices) in my email, so the voucher is as if they had not sent me anything. In the end I had to pay another rental for 196 euros and they have not yet refunded me the 154 for the first reservation. In all of this, the only email I have received is the one with the discount voucher which is of no use to me from Avis, nor confirmation of either of the two reservations, nor cancellation of the first, I have obtained the reservation numbers by calling phone.
