Todo muy comodo en la reserva por internet. Quiza algo mas de informacion sobre el envio de la documentacion y los horarios de envio de las claves vendria bien en la web, por lo demas es la segunda vez que alquilamos y no dudaremos en volver a hacerlo

La furgo alquilada estaba en un estado aceptable excepto que el eje de las ruedas estaba mal ajustado debido a eso se IVA hacia un lado y me han contado demas por no llegar a tiempo entiendo el compromiso de llegar a la hora acordada pero me parece un poco mal que por llegar 1 hora tarde me tengan que cobrar 135EUR

Por una parte, muy bien por la atencion tanto telefonica como presencial y la rapidez de las gestiones. Pero baja considerablemente mi valoracion por el estado del vehiculo asignado. Suciedad, espejo retrovisor roto, golpes en carroceria.. Falta de mantenimiento, incluso poniendo en duda el riesgo de accidente a causa del espejo retrovisor partido, segun el empleado ya conocian de hace tiempo.

Todo lo que uno espera cuando necesita un vehiculo, una furgoneta grande en mi caso. Rapidos en todo, estuve al volante en cuestion de pocos minutos. La furgoneta impecable y con todas las comodidades. Y todas las facilidades para los tramites ya que con el movil y la documentacion en la mano lo hice sin ningun problema. Super recomendables.
