Vaya por delante que el precio seguramente sea el mejor que puedas encontrar y sin casi letra pequena de mas pagos por el seguro, etc. A mejorar la comunicacion directa con el cliente, ya que es casi todo por WhatsApp y el tiempo para dudas y aclaraciones se alarga. Pero sobre todo mi decepcion fue por el vehiculo. Con mas de 5 anos, 160000 km, bastantes roces y golpes, mal olor(puse un ambientador, ya que lo alquile por bastantes dias) . Pero lo mas grave era el desgaste de las ruedas, alguna tenia parte practicamente lisa y eso creo que a pesar del buen precio no deberia pasar. Por precio sin duda lo aconsejo, pero necesita una mejora o renovacion de flota.

NADA RECOMENDABLE. Me han dado un coche con golpes, sucio, con mal olor. Alquile el vehiculo para 3 dias. El mismo dia les avise del estado del vehiculo, al no poder efectuar la devolucion en el mismo dia a las 17:30 h y pese a devolverlo al dia siguiente a las 7;00 h am me han cobrado los 3 dias. Les reclamo la devolucion de los dias restantes y me han bloqueado.

COMPLETA ESTAFA . Despues de alquilar un coche y paga la cobertura premium, debido a que tuve un golpe aparcando me encuentro un ano mas tarde esperando algun tipo de respuesta para que me reembolsen la fianza que tienen bloqueada por decision unilateral. Una cobertura premium que no existe ya que si tienes problemas, se acogen a cualquier excusa para no devolver el dinero. La atencion al cliente telefonica no existe. Se trata de una grabacion continua que despues de varios tonos cuelga directamente. Y para mas, la unica persona que por whassapp me da respuesta me habla de un gasto extra de 75 euros de gastos de tramitacion???? NO CONTRATAR CON ESTA COMPANIA .... LO BARATO SALE CARO

Ya no volvere a contar con esta empresa, yo tengo una empresa y cuando nos falla algun coche, contabamos con los servicios de esta empresa, el primero que alquilamos bien, un coche bastante curioso con 20000 km o asi, el segundo con 168000 pero cuidado y revisado, el ultimo que alquile segun lo recogi no funcionaba una luz de cruce, y su solucion fue que ya lo revisarian cuando lo entregara (10 dias despues) bueno. Recomende el ano pasado a mi cunada que no vive en Espana que lo alquilara con ellos y el coche muy viejo y sucio pero bueno, pero lo de hoy me llevo las manos a la cabeza, recogen el coche por la manana y escriben a la empresa diciendo que lleva descolgada la parte de abajo del para-golpes, solucion que nos ofrece, que vayamos al taller de ellos que se lo reparen. En serio? No revisais los coches antes de entregarlos, luces fundidas, para-golpes en mal estado y tenemos que llevar el coche a reparar en vez de estar en carretera destino a las vacaciones.

Es sencillo y comodo de alquilar, cuando ya lo conoces. Yo alquile un coche y cuando llegue al lugar me encontre con que no habia oficina, no recibi ningun email con las indicaciones al llamar por telefono nadie me contestaba, finalmente y tras un buen rato y con gran preocupacion ya que habia abonado el dinero consegui que me contestasen por WhatsApp con las indicaciones a seguir, tenia prisa y dado que me habia llevado bastante tiempo conseguir estos datos, no termine de ver el video explicativo, pero si lei todas las indicaciones en las que en ningun momento especificaba que tenia que realizar una fotografia del lugar de estacionamiento (ponia que estaba geolocalizado) . Otro punto destacable es el estado del vehiculo, tenia un golpe trasero, otro lateral y lo que menos me gusto es que el intermitente izquierdo no funcionaba, ya que me parece bastante peligroso conducir en esas circuntancias. Estoy a la espera de que me devuelban la fianza correspondiente. Despues de poner esta resena negativa me ha puesto por WhatsApp que si eliminaba la resena me devolverian la fianza, al ser mi respuedta negativa a edta coaccion, me han bloqueado en whatsapp y se niegan a devolverme la fianza, es decir si pones algo positivo te lo devuelven y si te nuegas van por las malas

We reserved two cars months in advance. The process is not as automated as in any other car rental, but still partially manual. We have fulfilled all their instructions (at least for a reservation). 10 days before the rental both bookings are canceled. They do not respond to e-mails, they do not respond to Whatsapp, they do not answer the phone before or after the cancellation. Unprofessional and unfair. Very not recommended.
