Caos organizativo. Reservo con 3 semanas de antelacion. Cuando llego a la hora convenida, me dicen q no tienen la furgoneta y q tengo q esperar 2 o 3 horas hasta q lo traigan de otra oficina. Propongo cambio por otra mas pequena y me entregan una sucia, llena de restos de escombros tanto en la caja como en la cabina.

Trato nefasto, pesimo, peor imposible y lo que queda. Me dejaron un vehiculo de alquiler el 25 de sept 2024 a traves de mi seguro, ese dia me bloquearon 200EUR en mi cuenta bancaria a traves de una tarjeta de debito como fianza, el dia 2 oct 2024 devuelvo el vehiculo, se cierra el contrato y todo correcto, y a dia de hoy me siguen teniendo bloqueada mi fianza porque el comercial que me hizo el contrato me puso bloqueo en vez de venta al ser una tarjeta de debito. En resumen despues de decenas de llamadas a enterprise y sus reclamaciones pertinentes por la cagada de su comercial, me comentan ayer 17-oct-24, que mi dinero, bloqueado por sus malas acciones, puede tardar hasta otros 15 dias habiles en devolverse en cuenta, lamentable la dejadez de esta empresa, y los trastornos que me esta ocasionando en cuanto ha perdida de tiempo, llamadas, etc... Voy a tener que proceder a mandar burofax y reclamarlo en la OCU porque no dan solucion alguna

El trato de las empleadas tanto a la entrega como a la recogida muy bien, el coche bien, pero el tema de la fianza fatal, a la entrega del coche me cobran 200EUR de fianza en el acto, los cuales pago religiosamente, pero para la devolucion de los 200EUR me dicen que por temas bancarios tardan de 3 a 4 dias habiles. que al coincidir en fin de semana se convierten en 6 o mas dias, esta compania juega con mi dinero. Alquile un vehiculo y me solicitaron 200EUR de fianza, se abonaron en el momento sin problema, cuando dejo el vehiculo me encuentro con la sorpresa que no se me abonan, llamo para preguntar porque no se me ha abonado mi dinero y me dicen que la politica de la empresa es devolver a los 4 o 5 dias habiles el dinero. Juegan con el dinero de uno sin su consentimiento. Si esto me lo dicen cuando voy a recoger el coche seguramente lo hubiese alquilado en otra compania. Me parece un fraude.

Alquile un Ford Transit para un traslado de enseres de Madrid a Murcia y el vh tuvo una averia de perdida fuerza de motor y me quede en la provincia de Cuenca. Avise al numero de atencion al cliente ya que el horario de oficina concluyo. La gestion fue nefasta y me quede en un hostal. Al dia siguiente me puse en contacto con la oficina local de Mostoles y me atendio Miguel Saenz Ouro (el mismo quien me realizo el alquiler en primer lugar. Al momento se hizo cargo de todas las inconveniencias experimentadas con atencion al cliente y restauro mi confianza de nuevo con Enterprise, proveyendo soluciones con mi situacion y permitiendome seguir con el traslado. Recomiendo el trato y gestion de la oficina de Mostoles en Paseo de la Herreria, 1. Pol. Ind. Los Rosales y en especial, al Gerente de Sucursal, Miguel Saenz Ouro.

I recommend the treatment and management of the Mostoles office at Paseo de la Herreria, 1. Pol. Ind. Los Rosales and especially, the Branch Manager, Miguel Saenz Ouro.
Todo ha sido excelente. He alquilado varios vehiculos en esta oficina y, comparado con otras, el servicio aqui es mucho mas rapido. El personal siempre es amable y te atiende con una sonrisa. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomiendo.

We reserved an automatic car 2 days prior to needing it. There was not car when going on the day. After waiting 4 hours they brought a manual transmission one and said there was no possibility of getting the automatic one we paid for. Horrible business practices.
