Omega Rent a Car in Morro Jable

I booked a car two days in advance at the desk, only to be told at the pickup that in the system my reservation is moved to different dates. You could see on the piece of paper that I signed that 1.11 was crossed and 2.11 put in as the pickup date. I wasted a lot of time and don't have a car in the end. 2 stars only because the guy at the desk was really nice.

Had to wait over an hour for a car I booked 2 days in advance. I had used this service at the hotel before last year and it was very good, this year it was terrible! Half my morning was wasted and still got charged the same price. I had no explanation or apologies either. I will not be using this service again.

Avoid! Ask all the terms of the contract before you rent, otherwise you will find yourself with amounts taken from your account for no reason. I was charged 50 euros because the car wasn't clean even though the car was dusty before I took it, I showed them pictures and they said it wasn't true the car was clean. I have never been charged extra by any company because the car was not shiny when I returned it. you choose !

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I have never left a bad review here but in this case others need to be warned. Terrible experience. We were left waiting in a car park for over an hour before someone finally arrived. No one answering the phone number provided, while a group of us waited, all believing it was a scam. Finally someone arrived - Victor. It was this employee which really made the experience so bad. Having to wait for over an hour not knowing if anyone is coming, is one thing which I can accept, but for a member of staff to be so rude and disrespectful to customers is unacceptable. He was very aggressive and threatening from the moment he arrived. As I had a surf board with me he threatened not to give me the car and guaranteed that my deposit wouldn't be returned as he knew I would destroy the car as "surfers have no respect and always destroy the cars". Needless to say the car was returned in perfect condition. I certainly will never use this company again and will warn others. Hopefully this review helps others avoid a similar experience.

Our attempt to get a rental from Omega on Fuerteventura turned into a total disaster. The staff an absolute nightmare. First, we were met with a blunt "no cars available" from the first person. Their solution? Try another Omega office. Great advice, right? The second office was even worse. The lady there almost laughed in our faces when we asked for a car. Then, she tried explaining something in English that sounded like gibberish. When we asked her to clarify, she rolled her eyes, repeated the same thing, showed us the door (which was open to begin with), and slammed it shut. We weren't in there for more than a minute. We were truly stunned and lost for words, having no idea what just happened. Omega on Fuerteventura isn't just bad service; it's a comedy of errors and a downright awful experience. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a rental.

We rented a car for one day. Everything was ok, the car was in good condition and clean. There wasn't much paperwork. We left the key in our hotel's reception desk and it was picked up early in the morning the next day. No troubles with anything.

For me the best car Rental company on the island. Only Omega had available 4x4 car. There was no any problems with the car and all other issues (paper work,....). Jeep Wrangler was amazing, trip to cofete beach with this car was a peanut. For sure with next trip I will use Omega. Thank you.

I have good impression from Omega car rentals. Small Citroen was in perfect condition and everything connected with formalities was done well. I recommend that place.
