You can only get a car if you have booked it online. They are parked in quite dangerous gravel road, be careful leaving it. Funny thing - their insurance does not cover gravel roads, yet you have to drive on it.

I couldn't be more grateful to the lady who works there, on Friday I arrived to pick up my car and I forgot my headphones, I realized that only at night... panicking I sent an email, Google said that the shop is closed on Saturday... I was walking around and by chance, I found myself right in front of the shop.. it was open and she kept my headphones.. so I was amazed at such kindness and honesty. I rented a car 3 times now with this company and I always have had good service. Ibiza is the best car anyway!!

Great place, you need to order via website but it's really fast. I ordered the cheapest car but they offered me a much better, bigger for the same price. Cars are new, clean, everything works. When you return the car, you just hand the keys and that's all. You can pay with cash or card. NO DEPOSIT NEEDED!!! Wow, great service! Recommend 100%

5 employees in the store outside a restaurant where we were sitting, the employees argued very loudly, customers came in, they didnt listen, they left again, the people outside also looked at what was going on, I went in, said hello, then had no reaction Doors closed then it was quiet, wrong thought an employee came and insulted me and threatened me, the waitress rejected him then 2 employees left and it was quiet. Thats not possible. I would never rent a car there.

Diese Autovermietung ist keinen Stern wert. Finger weg von diesem Laden. Das Auto war defekt und wurde gegen ein weiteres defektes Auto getauscht. Dies gaben wir wieder zuruck da es ebenfalls defekt war. Uns wurde ein ganzer Tag berechnet und wir haben das Geld furs tanken nicht zuruck bekommen. Wir wurden dort nie wieder ein Auto buchen. Einfach nur schlecht!

The best rental company. They have good prices. We booked the car online, we didnt have to pay a deposit, and we paid for the car in cash on the spot. The car was new, very clean and well-kept both inside and out. Upon arrival, we immediately received the keys and information about where the car was, as well as a map of the island with interesting places marked. Pick up and return the car very fast. Kind and professional. You can book the car online and pay directly at the office. We rented the car for 3 days in Jandia and returned it to another office in Cala de Fuste. We had a good time. When visiting the island there are some areas where you are not covered by a helmet. But when they give you the keys they show you with the map what these areas are. On the map you see black crosses indicating uninsured areas.

Ci siamo trovati bene. Nel visitare l isola ci sono alcune zone dove non siete coperti dalla casco. Ma quando vi consegnano le chiavi vi mostrano con la cartina quali sono queste zone. Highly recommended, no deposit or credit card details required. The reservation is made online, and on-site formalities are kept to a minimum. Everything quickly and efficiently. Even though our booked car was not available, the lady gave us a choice from 3 others, of the same higher class. We chose the Seat Arone and we cant complain, everything worked perfectly, the car was very clean, and the fuel tank was half full, so we were supposed to return the car in this condition.

I rented from cicar last year in the north of Fuerteventura and I was delighted with it so I wanted to do it again this year and even recommended it to other travelers.... What a disappointment! I had pre-booked an Opel 2 months in advance because I liked this car... In the end they gave me a Peugeot whose reversing camera doesnt work.... I returned to the agency asking for an exchange and even paid an additional 23 euros to get a better-priced car, specifying that I really want the reversing camera... They give me a Seat Arona parked in an unlikely location... I try it... No camera.... I go back to the agency and they tell me that they cant know and that this equipment is not particularly part of their service.... They offer me another, older Seat. I say well too bad as long as it has the camera... We walk a long distance to end up finding an old, dirty car and obviously without a camera.... We have emailed the after-sales service requesting either a cancellation or a replacement with a car with a camera... They simply blew us off telling us that we had requested the change! Originally I remind you that I had specifically reserved an Opel Astra. This is the last time Im going to cicar and I will try to counter-advertise it to all people traveling to the Canaries!

Nous marchons une longue distance pour finir par trouver une vieille voiture sale et evidemment sans camera.... Nous avons email le sav demandant soit une annulation soit un remplacement par une voiture avec camera... Ils nous ont simplement envoye valser nous disant que nous avions demande le changement ! A lorigine je rappelle que javais specifiquement reserve une opel Astra. Cest la derniere fois que je vais chez cicar et je mattacherai a en faire la contre publicite a tous les gens voyageant aux Canaries !

This was our first time renting a car in Fuerteventura and we can absolutely recommend CICAR. We booked via the app, selected the car, selected the time period, paid via the app and everything was ready on the day of pickup. Contract documents were sent by email and everything was very easy. The car was clean and well maintained. We picked up the car in Jandia and brought it back in Corralejo. This also worked very well and the car was delivered within 2 minutes. If we need a car again, this will be our first port of call.
