Auch wir hatten uber TUI gebucht und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Ich wurde punktlich am Hotel zur Vertragsunterzeichnung und Fahrzeugubergabe abgeholt und ins Buro nach Morro Jable gebracht. Dort kann man sich auf Deutsch oder Englisch verstandigen. Die Abwicklung war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Da ich meine Kreditkarte vergessen hatte, konnte ich die Fahrzeugkaution in bar hinterlegen. Ein Geldautomat befindet sich direkt neben dem Buro. Den gemieteten Fiat 500 fand ich sauber und vollgetankt auf einem Sammelparkplatz vor. Den Mietpreis fand ich personlich fair und angemessen, zumal im Preis auch eine Vollkasko ohne Selbstbeteiligung enthalten war. Die Fahrzeugruckgabe erfolgte auch wieder punktlich am Hotel, wo ich die Kaution in bar zuruckerhalten habe. Vielen Dank fur die freundliche und angenehme Abwicklung!

There you can communicate in German or English. The process was very friendly and pleasant. Since I had forgotten my credit card, I was able to pay the vehicle deposit in cash. An ATM is located right next to the office. I found the rented Fiat 500 clean and with a full tank in a shared parking lot. Personally, I found the rental price fair and reasonable, especially since the price also included fully comprehensive insurance without a deductible. The vehicle was returned to the hotel on time, where I received the deposit back in cash. Thank you for the friendly and pleasant transaction!

Eigentlich alles perfekt bis um das das Auto nicht vollgetankt war. Man macht ne Ubergabe wo drauf hingewiesen wird das der Wagen vollgetankt ist und so sollte man ihn auch wieder abgeben. Unser Honda war nur Dreiviertel voll. Der Mann der uns vom Hotel abgeholt hat und der man der alles mit uns erledigt hat waren nett und gut gelaunt.

A very bad experience. Or no experience. We definitely asked straight questions about the rental via email in advance. We got good answers. At the time when we got to the rental office, we were told that we cannot take the car. Even we got approval in advance in the email. What is more we were dealt very unpolitely and the service was rude.

Picked up from hotel to go to their office with a small car which already had driver and another couple in it, so 5 squeezed in for the 5mile journey. Service slow in office only two working 6/7 people waiting for service. Car was good.

Absolutely recommended, our hotel was a great deal. We were also able to return the car to our hotel. You will be picked up, taken to the office and you will sign the contract there. (Dont forget your drivers license and passport! No cash, only card) The staff spoke solid English, communication was no problem. Car (Toyota Aygo X) was fairly new (almost 35,000km), very clean and in very good condition. Due to the lack of a deductible in the event of any accidents/breakdowns, the rent is a little more expensive, but still perfectly fine. We paid just under 58 for 24 hours for ours. Note: A worthwhile excursion destination on Sunday is the local market at the Oasis Wildlife Park (9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.)

Kein Bargeld, nur Karte) Mitarbeiter kann solides Englisch, Kommunikation war kein Problem. Auto (Toyota Aygo X) war ziemlich neu (knapp 35.000km), sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Durch den fehlenden Selbstbehalt bei etwaigen Unfallen/Pannen ist die Miete etwas teuerer, aber immernoch voll in Ordnung. Wir haben fur unseren knapp 58 fur 24h bezahlt. Anmerkung: Lohnendes Ausflugsziel ist am Sonntag der lokale Markt beim Oasis Wildlife-Park (09:00-13:00)

I was there last week and rented the car for 5 days and the truth is that I am very grateful to the guy who helped me, a wonderful person who I had a little problem and he gave me a solution and I am very happy, without a doubt if I come back I will see him again. The car was very clean, seemed new and had power for the roads there. I think his name was Roberto, forgive me for not remembering, customer service gave me a 10, he even gave me two little books with a map and information about the island which was very good for us. We have now booked a rental car there for the second time. Incredibly friendly, courteous, correct and uncomplicated transaction. Each time, vehicles corresponded exactly to the category booked and, apart from small flaws, were in absolutely perfect condition. The price-performance ratio is right here! I also got the glasses case that I had left in the car last time back a short time later. Thats definitely worth 5 stars for us!

Booked via TUI. Everything worked out great. We were picked up at the hotel to process the contract and driven to the office in Morro Jable. We had booked a Toyota Yaris as a hybrid. The car was great to drive and didnt let us down despite the small engine. The car was clean and the tank was half full (so of course we were able to return the FZG). At the end of the rental period, we could simply hand over the car key to the hotel reception. One star deducted because the provider is a bit more expensive compared to others ;)

The staff is very friendly and collecting the rental car went without any problems. I booked through Sunny Cars and the employee on site said straight away that I had complete insurance and didnt need any additional insurance. The rental car was very clean and well maintained and had just under 6000km on the clock. The return was also very easy, question: Is the car full?, Yes, hand over the key and thats it. Next time Im in Morro Jable Ill rent a car here again.
