Auch wir hatten uber TUI gebucht und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Ich wurde punktlich am Hotel zur Vertragsunterzeichnung und Fahrzeugubergabe abgeholt und ins Buro nach Morro Jable gebracht. Dort kann man sich auf Deutsch oder Englisch verstandigen. Die Abwicklung war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Da ich meine Kreditkarte vergessen hatte, konnte ich die Fahrzeugkaution in bar hinterlegen. Ein Geldautomat befindet sich direkt neben dem Buro. Den gemieteten Fiat 500 fand ich sauber und vollgetankt auf einem Sammelparkplatz vor. Den Mietpreis fand ich personlich fair und angemessen, zumal im Preis auch eine Vollkasko ohne Selbstbeteiligung enthalten war. Die Fahrzeugruckgabe erfolgte auch wieder punktlich am Hotel, wo ich die Kaution in bar zuruckerhalten habe. Vielen Dank fur die freundliche und angenehme Abwicklung!
We also booked through TUI and everything went smoothly. I was picked up at the hotel on time for the contract signing and vehicle handover and taken to the office in Morro Jable. There you can communicate in German or English. The process was very friendly and pleasant. Since I had forgotten my credit card, I was able to pay the vehicle deposit in cash. An ATM is located right next to the office. I found the rented Fiat 500 clean and with a full tank in a shared parking lot. Personally, I found the rental price fair and reasonable, especially since the price also included fully comprehensive insurance without a deductible. The vehicle was returned to the hotel on time, where I received the deposit back in cash. Thank you for the friendly and pleasant transaction!
Eigentlich alles perfekt bis um das das Auto nicht vollgetankt war. Man macht ne Ubergabe wo drauf hingewiesen wird das der Wagen vollgetankt ist und so sollte man ihn auch wieder abgeben. Unser Honda war nur Dreiviertel voll. Der Mann der uns vom Hotel abgeholt hat und der man der alles mit uns erledigt hat waren nett und gut gelaunt.
Actually everything was perfect until the car wasn't full of gas. You do a handover where it is pointed out that the car is full of fuel and that's how you should hand it back. Our Honda was only three quarters full. The man who picked us up from the hotel and the man who did everything with us were nice and in a good mood.
A very bad experience. Or no experience. We definitely asked straight questions about the rental via email in advance. We got good answers. At the time when we got to the rental office, we were told that we cannot take the car. Even we got approval in advance in the email. What is more we were dealt very unpolitely and the service was rude.
Good price. No deposit. Possibility to pay by cash or debit card. Fast service. Brand new car. What would you like more?

Picked up from hotel to go to their office with a small car which already had driver and another couple in it, so 5 squeezed in for the 5mile journey. Service slow in office only two working 6/7 people waiting for service. Car was good.
When you call the Fuerteventura assistance with a simple question and they hang up on you.... nice letting your customers deal with their issues Avia...
Car was ok, had over 50k on the clock but was clean, no haste but not the cheapest and the rate quoted by the rep at the hotel went up EUR10 when we went to collect it...
