Tras la inspeccion en la ITV, nos vimos obligados a cambiar neumaticos. Esto se hizo el 1 de julio. Los nuevos neumaticos dan una sensacion insegura. Parece como si el coche bailara. Llame el 2 de julio e informe de que no queremos estos neumaticos. Llevaban neumaticos Continental. Ahora una marca mas barata hungaro. Esto no me importa en si, pero lo que importa es que ahora tengo miedo en mi coche. Llame mas de 20 veces. Solo una vez le devolvieron la llamada a mi marido, diciendole : dentro de unos meses expirara vuestro contrato.......asi que de que nos preocupamos. Efectivamente, cuanto mas esperas para actuar, mas se acerca la fecha. Si tengo un accidente, el responsable es Sabadell!
After the MOT inspection, we were forced to change tires. This was done on July 1st. The new tires feel unsafe. It seems as if the car is dancing. I called on July 2nd and reported that we do not want these tires. They had Continental tires. Now a cheaper Hungarian brand. This doesn't matter to me per se, but what matters is that now I'm scared in my car. I called more than 20 times. Only once did they call my husband back, telling him: in a few months your contract will expire......so what do we worry about. Indeed, the longer you wait to act, the closer the date gets. If I have an accident, Sabadell is responsible!
No me queda otra que acabar el renting que tengo, pero no lo recomendaria absolutamente a nadie. Tardan en la entrega del vehiculo, el servicio de atencion al cliente pesimo. Ahora he pedido cita para cambiar el aceite en un taller autorizado, me dan la cita pero no dan la orden al taller para hacer el cambio, por lo que una cosa tan sencilla como cambiar el aceite, no la pueden gestionar y tengo que volver otro dia al taller. Cuando llamas a atencion al cliente no dan absolutamente ninguna respuesta que sirva para nada.
I have no choice but to finish the lease I have, but I would absolutely not recommend it to anyone. They take time to deliver the vehicle, the customer service is terrible. Now I have made an appointment to change the oil at an authorized workshop, they give me the appointment but they do not give the order to the workshop to make the change, so a thing as simple as changing the oil, they cannot manage it and I have to return again day to the workshop. When you call customer service they give absolutely no answer that is of any use.
Horrible. Asistencia de siniestros sin que te cojan el telefono. Tienes que pasar ITV y en la Comunidad Valenciana no tienen ningun centro concertado. Se supone que tienes seguro a todo riesgo por el cual pagas una cantidad enorme y tienes que pasar cada vez un cuestionario como si fuese una delincuente. Muy mal servicio de atencion telefonica. Pesimo
Awful. Claims assistance without them picking up the phone. You have to pass ITV and in the Valencian Community they do not have any approved center. You are supposed to have comprehensive insurance for which you pay a huge amount and you have to pass a questionnaire each time as if you were a criminal. Very bad telephone service. Appalling
Por la experiencia q hemos vivido no os aconsejo para nada el Sabadell renting. Lo primero estuvimos esperando a q nos entregan el vehiculo 5 meses. Y luego para devolverlo otros 3 meses mas. Llevan un desmadre total en gestiones. Lo unico q no falla es cobrar todos los meses. Y sobre todo tener mucho cuidado lo q pone en el contrato antes de firmar. Pq resulta q ponen publicidad enganosa en su pagina web. Alli pone bien claro LOS NEUMATICOS ILIMITADOS para empresas. Y q sorpresa nos hemos llevado a la hora de la verdad. Tienes q estar TU pendiente del todo. Y luego eso parece q desde un departamento a otro mandan la informacion con las palomas mensajeras. Osea una experiencia horrible.
Based on the experience we have had, I do not recommend Sabadell renting at all. First of all, we were waiting for the vehicle to be delivered to us for 5 months. And then to return it for another 3 months. They have a total mess in their efforts. The only thing that doesn't fail is to get paid every month. And above all, be very careful what it says in the contract before signing. Because it turns out that they put misleading advertising on their website. There it makes it very clear THE UNLIMITED TIRES for companies. And what a surprise we have had at the moment of truth. You have to be fully aware. Sabadell Renting is the worst service you can possibly imagine. Its a mafiosi-style scam of bringing customers to the verge of getting the car repaired and fixed by themselves, upfront but - in case - you never get your money back. No garage nor any other workshop will give you an appointment for your car when they see that they have to deal with SABADELL RENTING! The authorisation process for even the slightest scratch is painfully slow, incompetent and subject to a purposefully "Go-Slow", in order to exasperate you entirely. NEVER EVER AGAIN and I urge you to do the same. DON'T USE SABADELL RENTING!
Vehiculo dos semanas en taller me dicen una cosa y en el taller me lo desmienten. Dandome largas para el vehiculo sustitucion ya me paso ano pasado que no me lo dieron.... por averia 10 dias de vehiculo sustitucion si es averia no es culpa mia y yo pago el renting ( alquiler del mes completo) creo q deberian dejarte otro coche lo que tarde la reparacion. Un monton de llamadas... ellos eligen taller a 3 horas de viaje de mi domicilio que me tendre que comer cuando se dignen a reparar el coche. Lamentable. Tras 20 dias me contestan q la rotura de embrague es por un uso indebido del vehiculo q pague yo 2000 euros... en los juzgados lo veremos. Sinverguenzas cero recomendacion. despues de un contraperitacion me dan la razon y no hubo negligencia yo he desembolsado 3000 euros y ahora me lo van devolviendo con cuenta gotas.... Toreandome son impresentables. Actualizando desde septiembre esperando me abonen facturas... Dando largas y mas largas me hacen cambiar las facturas de nombre para no abonarlas toda contestacion por parte de ellos es . Lo pasamos al departamento correspondiente.... 2 meses asi...
Vehicle in the workshop for two weeks, they tell me one thing and in the workshop they deny it. A lot of calls... they choose a workshop 3 hours away from my home that I will have to eat when they deign to repair the car. Regrettable. After 20 days they answer me that the clutch breakage is due to improper use of the vehicle that I paid 2000 euros... we will see in court. Scoundrels zero recommendation. After a cross-examination they agree with me and there was no negligence, I have disbursed 3000 euros and now they are returning it to me with little drops.... Toreandome are unpresentable. Updating since September waiting for them to pay me invoices... Taking longer and longer they make me change the name of the invoices so as not to pay them, any response from them is . We passed it on to the corresponding department.... 2 months like this...
Extremely poor customer service. My requested forms were never received. Phone calls were transferred numerous times. Called five different times and was told each time I would receive a call back. No one has ever called me back. All of the above after my rental car was vandalized. It's been a week and still nothing. Horrible.
Doesn't show all the cars available. There is no client's access so you can check details of your contract.
