i would recommend the car was clean,it drove smoothly and overall great customer service
We are sorry to to say we would absolutely not recommend, unless you want an old car that has not been maintained and want two days of your holiday ruined due to the car radiator needing replacing and the car overheating - a dangerous fault. Whilst they were good at keeping in touch and wanting to fix the problem, there are more efficient and professional ways at dealing with it. E.g they said they would swap the car straight away, but instead drove off with the original car to a garage to get it repaired leaving us stranded with no vehicle. We missed multiple excursions over the two days, which we paid for, due to the car and were refused any kind of compensation as they said "we didn't foresee this problem". They seem like nice guys but should take more responsibility. Stick to the more reputable companies!
