Jamas volveria a este taller ni aunque me regalaran la reparacion, las personas que estan en recepcion deben de hacer un curso de como atender a los clientes, pero un curso de modales y educacion. El reloj y el tiempo en este sitio no saben que existe. El tiempo de los clientes parece ser que no vale nada. Mucho control, muchas fotos, mas papeleo viajes de unos y otros para nada. Recomiendo a gerencia que haga una revision de como esta gestionando el establecimiento ya que venden un servicio que no dan ni por equivocacion. En mi caso, fui por compania de seguros, pero creo que da igual que vayas de particular o de seguros. Por lo que comentaban las personas que estabamos esperando y que por desgracia he tenido que pasar alli mas tiempo del que me gustaria, estaban exactamente igual que yo, quejandose de la gestion y de las formas de las personas de recepcion. La unica persona que me ha atendido en condiciones ha sido Javier, de taller.
I would never return to this shop even if they gave me the repair, the people at the reception must take a course on how to serve customers, but a course on manners and education. The clock and time on this site don't know it exists. Customers' time seems to be worthless. A lot of control, a lot of photos, more paperwork for each other's trips for nothing. I recommend that management do a review of how they are managing the establishment since they sell a service that they do not provide, not even by mistake. In my case, I went through an insurance company, but I think it doesn't matter if you go as an individual or as an insurance company. From what the people who were waiting and who unfortunately had to spend more time there than I would like said, they were exactly the same as me, complaining about the management and the manners of the people at the reception. The only person who has treated me properly has been Javier, from the workshop.
