Great experience to be fair. Walked in with no appointment, booked a car for the next day, no deposit required, price was reasonable. They even dropped off the car at the hotel the next morning and picked it up again when I was finished two days later. No quibbling about damage or anything like that. Car was a ~2014 Fiat Grande Punto 1.2, it was great! No problems whatsoever.

Really easy pick up and drop off at Almeria airport. Car was ideal for our needs, the only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the aerial was broken off and so was unable to use the radio for the 2 weeks of rental. Definitely will use again.

Satisfaction. The car was brought clean inside and out, right up to the front of the hotel. Possible operative agreement via whatsapp to extend the lease. Minus: higher prices through the hotel (delegate) - better to book directly online or via WA; the car arrived with 3/4 of a tank, next time a full tank would be better, so that you dont have to think about how much to fill up in the end. Otherwise ok. I recommend. I will rent again next time.

They left us a car with almost 80,000 km, in ruins, with multiple breakdowns, at the price of a new car from the competition. We did it through the Hotel, but it is not worth it, better to pay 5/10 more for a car from the competition, which are new. Look at the prices and above all ask what car they are going to give you, dont even think about accepting a Kia Rio that they have to throw in the trash.

Lo hicimos a traves del Hotel, pero no vale la pena, mejor pagar 5/10 mas por un coche en la competencia, que son nuevos. Mirar los precios y sobre todo preguntar que coche os van a dejar, ni se os ocurra aceptar un kia rio que tienen para tirar a la basura.
