I have used the Cicar in Puerto Rico (Mogan Mall), the staff there was super helpful and makes the rental so easy. I have rented the car for 3 days, no issue with the car, very smooth process to rent and return. The only advise is that the Mogan Mall office I found it open since 11am.

Uses Cicar for years as its just hassle free, no silly deposits, no silly insurance, no added extras, just easy. Picked up a Vauxhall Crossland from the airport and the car shook over 60. Popped in here as it was down the road from the hotel and car swapped with a new 208 in minutes. Friendly service made this process hassle free and the new car is spotless. As always, thanks, would recommend!

Very good. Booked a car for 5 days with a car seat. No problems. We didn't get the car we asked for (jeep but got a Seat SUV) but it was fine. Clean and no issues at all. The car seat straps were a bit twisted so they need sorting but we made do. No complaints and good service. Would use again for sure.

Pick up was even easier just left car parked near hotel left key at reception, would recommend and use when ever we are in canaries

We rented a cicar car at lpa airport a few days ago and decided to visit mogan mall. Nearly there, the engine light started burning orange and we got a notification. At the malls parking garage JR was finishing his day as it was closing for the afternoon. I went to the office, explained the issue and within 5 mins he arranged another car, for us to take after shopping. JR, excellent service! Thank you

Pleasantly impressed about this local car rental company. They were flexible to rebook my reservation for an earlier pickup. Of note, the pre-agreed pickup time wouldn't have worked because the office was closed during the noon siesta period. So, make sure you call them beforehand. Obtaining the keys and the car was fast and uncomplicated, I received a nicely equipped, not too low-HP Opel Astra with around 17000 km (Carplay, rear-cam, aircon and some driver assistance systems) with full insurance and unlimited mileage for around 190EUR for 6 days. Given overall increased car rental fees in 2022, I considered it a fair deal.

I had never experienced a better car rental service in my life. Very uncomplicated. No blah blah, no unnecessary insurance that you have to opt out or add. Simply book, collect the key and enjoy. Cars are very well maintained and in good condition. Lots of choice of models. Other companies should follow an example here!

Horribly bad service at this station! Ivan, the responsible representative of the company is not available during opening hours. He doesnt respond to voicebox messages. Hes too nice to take a reservation 10 minutes before closing time. The online reservation page doesnt work. Ivan doesnt know that the customer pays his salary and it doesnt fall from the sky. Friend of ours have had similar experiences with Ivans incredible impertinence. Book at the hotel 500 m further.

Rented a car for a week. 100% insured! Everything played perfectly. Easy to get in touch with and was contacted quickly if I didnt just get through to them. Got the car at the hotel and returned it to the same place. No crunches, no problems. Was also upgraded to a bigger car, but you cant expect that every time. But then - everything worked fine. And at a very reasonable price. We can only recommend Cicar.

The rental is located in the Anvi hotel, you need to take the elevator to the 10th floor. It takes 5 minutes to complete the formalities, no card or deposit required. The car is returned to our hotel. I recommend it and will definitely use it again.

Easy online booking, the formalities were completed on site in 5 minutes. The key was handed out in the office without inspecting the car (it was located directly at (under) the office in the underground car park). I went down and first took photos of all the damage (scratches in the paint and rims, some of the plastic panels werent really tight). When I asked what happened to the damage to the car, I was told it didnt matter, it wouldnt be checked when the car was returned. I specified the return time as 9 p.m. But the office was already closed. I should please put the car back in the parking garage (near where I got it) and just put the key in the mailbox in front of the office. Thats it. In retrospect its unusual (if you know it differently from Germany ) but completely unproblematic there. Would rent a car there again and can recommend it, even if only after a single experience.

Schlussel wurde im Buro ohne Besichtigung des Autos ausgehandigt ( dieses befand sich direkt am ( unter ) dem Buro in der Tiefgarage ). Ich bin runter und hab erstmal alle Beschadigungen ( Kratzer in Lack und Felgen, teilweise waren Plastikverkleidungen nicht richtig fest )fotografiert. Auf meine Frage was mit den Beschadigungen am Auto ist wurde gesagt das ist egal, wird bei Ruckgabe des Autos nicht nach geschaut. Als Ruckgabezeit hatte ich 21Uhr angegeben. Da war das Buro aber schon zu. Ich solle das Auto bitte wieder ins Parkhaus stellen ( in die Nahe wo ich es her habe ) und den Schlussel einfach vor dem Buro in den Briefkasten werfen. Das wars. Im Nachhinein ungewohnt ( wenn man es aus Deutschland anders kennt ) aber dort vollkommen unproblematisch. Wurde dort wieder ein Auto mieten und kann es, wenn auch nur nach einmaliger Erfahrung, empfehlen.

Avoid this rental company!! We rented a car that was supposed to be picked up at 12 oclock at the Moga malli point.. well, we finally found their office, we were there at the agreed time, and no wonder there was no car. But there they said that only tomorrow (Sun), even though we had rented a car for the period between (Sat-Tue)! I cannot recommend this rental company to anyone. Big promises and even bigger disappointments!
