Easily best car rental I have ever used. Reserved a car through the website where you have a big variety of cars to choose from. You dont pay at this stage and have to wait for a confirmation or you can email/call into the office. I have paid PS100 in total for a week of vw troc with no hidden fees or extra insurance on top of it as this was all included in the price. That's PS14 a day for suv?! Bargain. Picking up the car from the office took me no more than 10 minutes and dropping off was instant. Would happily spend more money here to try some nicer cars in future.

Reserved a Mazda 3, received a Renault Kadjar (very different car categories). The car was ok, but extremely lazy and with a high fuel consumption. Even though I've messaged them askinbg for another car, they replied back only after sending them a reminder and said that there is no availability. A very big communication gap.

We booked car online and picked it up at at their office in Puerto Rico. Return at the airport. It was new car with 1500km on display. The car was in good condition and clean both inside and outside. I don't recommend Hyundai i20 to the mountain, it doesn't have much power in serpentines. I recommend car rental! No problem.

Superb price, picked up at the airport, cleanest car we have ever had in 16 years of coming to Gran Canaria. OK, directions to the pickup place were wrong but a quick call with a well English speaking rep sorted it out. We are delighted with Plus Car and will now use them again. Definitely worth using. Plus less than the company we usually use.

Booked with PlusCar for the first time and only had stress at the airport. PlusCar is on the second parking level and does not have an office there. So you have to search first the first time. When we arrived there was no one there. He picked up a car for other customers. But that took forever. We had two small children with us. When we finally got the car, the paperwork and payment actually went pretty quickly. But then we noticed the broken tires (photo) and refused to drive off with them. He responded very nicely and got us a new car, but it still needed to be washed and cleaned. Thats how long it took. In the meantime, new customers arrived and all of them waited impatiently. In total we were busy with this for a good 2 hours before we were able to drive off in the car. The tank was also empty. The comparatively low price can no longer be justified; that really cost us nerves. The same game when passing. There were already customers waiting, no staff there. We also waited 30 minutes and called a few times. Finally we just parked the car, left the key in the car and wrote them an email. Never heard anything again! I think it was a bit of bad luck and theyre probably not that bad. But the quality of the cars wasnt exactly the best, the service is bad and the fact that they wanted to send us out with tires like that isnt that cool either.

Das erste Mal bei PlusCar gebucht und am Flughafen nur Stress gehabt. PlusCar ist auf dem zweiten Parkdeck und hat dort kein Buro. Man muss also erstmal suchen beim ersten Mal. Als wir ankamen war niemand dort. Er hat fur andere Kunden ein Auto geholt. Das dauerte aber ewig. Wir hatten zwei kleine Kinder dabei. Als wir das Auto dann endlich bekamen ging es eigentlich recht schnell mit den Unterlagen und der Bezahlung. Wir haben dann aber die kaputten Reifen bemerkt (Foto) und uns geweigert damit loszufahren. Er hat sehr nett reagiert und uns ein neues Auto besorgt, das musste jedoch erst noch gewaschen und gereinigt werden. Entsprechend lange hat's gedauert. In der Zwischenzeit kamen neue Kunden, die dann auch alle ungeduldig gewartet haben. Insgesamt waren wir damit gute 2h beschaftigt, bis wir dann mit dem Auto losfahren konnten. Zu dem war dann auch noch der Tank leer. Da ist auch der im Vergleich gunstige Preis nicht mehr zu rechtfertigen, das hat uns schon Nerven gekostet. Beim Abgeben das gleiche Spiel. Es haben schon Kunden gewartet, vom Personal niemand da. Wir haben auch 30min gewartet und ein paar Mal angerufen. Schliesslich haben wir das Auto einfach abgestellt, den Schlussel im Auto gelassen und ihnen eine Mail geschrieben. Hab nie wieder was gehort! Ich denke es war etwas Pech und soooo schlecht sind die vermutlich gar nicht. Aber die Qualitat der Wagen war nicht grad die Beste, der Service ist ubel und dass sie uns mit solchen Reifen losschicken wollten ist auch nicht so cool.

We rent a car according to what we pay. We booked a polo or similar and they gave us a C3. When you get off the plane there is no office, you have to go out to the parking lot and look for the meeting point, following the instructions sent at the time of booking. We requested a baby seat that we had to assemble ourselves. The person responsible was there and did not offer us any type of help, what he told us was that the chair already had the instructions on the side. They left our car without water in the windshield wiper and they do not have a full/full policy, we already knew this but it is somewhat impractical.

What can you say? Average! Price is cheap. But the agent wasnt there at the airport. Called, she then came and discovered: You dont have our car. It wasnt on the list. Luckily we had the confirmation email with us. They went out and got a replacement. We had the car 110 minutes after the ordered time. We stood in the parking lot with 4 children for so long - there is no office space. It was a Mercedes Vito - 16,000 km over the required service, tank empty (there had to be 2 liters left in it - I used to have this car myself and know the display), without a windshield wiper at the rear and the additional battery had malfunctioned. But what do you want to do if youre standing there with 4 children and need a large car? Unfortunately, we didnt hear a sorry from the agent either. When asked, she only said, She cant give a discount for waiting, otherwise that only works by filling the tank, but unfortunately not here because the car is completely empty and we have to fill up IMMEDIATELY. Class! We were annoyed, took the car and drove us 800 km through the island and over the big mountains for a week. Since the car worked quite well in the end and the price was good, you still get 3 stars. But you also have to repair the technology and work on the service. The quality of the Mercedes was better than your quality.

Es war ein Mercedes Vito - 16.000 km uber dem notwendigen Service, Tank leer (es mussten noch 2 Liter drin sein - ich hatte selbst mal dieses Auto und kenne die Anzeige), ohne Scheibenwischer am Heck und die Zusatzbatterie hatte eine Fehlfunktion. Aber was willst du machen, wenn du dort mit 4 Kindern stehst und einen Grossraumwagen benotigst? Ein Entschuldigung der Agentin haben wir leider auch nicht gehort. Sie sagte nur auf Nachfrage Rabatt fur das Warten kann sie nicht geben, das geht sonst nur uber die Tankfullung, aber hier leider nicht, da das Auto komplett leer ist und wir SOFORT tanken mussen. Klasse! Wir haben uns geargert, das Auto genommen und es hat uns 1 Woche in 800 km durch die Insel und uber die grossen Berge gefahren. Da das Auto am Ende noch ganz gut funktioniert hat und der Preis gut war, bekommt ihr noch 3 Sterne. Aber ihr musst die Technik auch reparieren und am Service arbeiten. Die Qualitat des Mercedes war besser als eure Qualitat.

Gran Canaria Only after asking did we receive an answer to our booking request. There was only one car available in our class. I accepted the offer and asked to take out the back row of seats. The email was confirmed. There is no counter at the airport, everything is handled in the parking lot. Although there appeared to be multiple bookings at the same time, there was only one member of staff available to process them; two women had to fetch each car first. After an hour and a half of waiting, we received a vehicle that was completely damaged. But what was even worse was that the inside of the car had not been cleaned (dusty, covered in fingerprints, the windshield was smeared with marks from GPS mounts, there was even candy paper in the side compartment) and this was in times of a pandemic in which the vehicles even had to be disinfected. Removing the rear seats was refused (was possible on other Canaries). Even before we could complain about the damage and pollution, suddenly no one was there anymore. PlusCar was slightly cheaper than other providers.

Obwohl es anscheinend mehrere Buchungen zur selben Zeit gab, war nur ein Mitarbeiter zur Abwicklung vorhanden, 2 Frauen mussten jedes Auto erst herbeiholen. Nach eineinhalb Stunden Wartezeit bekamen wir ein Fahrzeug, welches rundherum beschadigt war. Noch schlimmer aber war, dass das Auto innen nicht gereinigt war (verstaubt, mit Fingerabdrucken uberseht, verschmierte Windschutzscheibe mit Abdrucken von Navihalterungen, sogar Zuckerlpapier befand sich noch im Seitenfach) und das in Zeiten einer Pandemie, in der die Fahrzeuge sogar desinfiziert sein mussten. Das Herausnehmen der hinteren Sitze wurde verweigert (war auf anderen Kanaren moglich). Noch bevor wir die Schaden und Verschmutzung beanstanden konnten, war plotzlich niemand mehr anwesend. PlusCar war etwas billiger als andere Anbieter.

Theres no way I would repeat the experience with this company again!! First of all, when we got to the meeting place there was no one there and we had to wait a long time for a girl to come. Comment that they do not have a physical office, so they do the paddling inside a Fiat Panda (very tacky...). On the other hand, when we made the reservation, we indicated that we needed a child seat, in fact we indicated it again before they brought us the car, but what was our surprise that when they finally delivered the vehicle to us (it took more than an hour to deliver it), the seat was not in the car, so we again had to wait for them to finally bring it to us. When we finally managed to get the seat, they rushed us saying that they had to go get other cars... and all by asking if they would install the seat for us, to our surprise the answer was NO, WE SHOULD PUT IT ON OURSELVES THEMSELVES WITHOUT EXPLAINING ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING TO US! It was a very basic chair and we sincerely doubted even its safety... On the other hand, they told us that they were going to give us a better car than the one we had requested, but what they did not tell us was that the rear doors (it was a 7-seater Volkswagen Caddy) did not work correctly, so there were times that we couldnt even open the doors... it cost us the same life to open it, in fact they couldnt even open it before handing it over... In short, a very bad experience, it is the second time we go to this island and if we return we will not be crazy to hire the services of this company again. BETTER PAY A LITTLE MORE MONEY BUT DRIVE SAFELY AND PEACE OF MIND!

En primer lugar cuando llegamos al sitio de encuentro no habia nadie alli y tuvimos que esperar bastante tiempo hasta que viniera una chica. Comentar que no tienen oficina fisica, por lo que el papaleo te lo hacen dentro de un Fiat Panda (cutrisimo...). Por otro lado, cuando hicimos la reserva, indicamos que necesitabamos una silleta de nino, es mas lo volvimos a indicar antes de que nos trajeran el coche, pero cual fue nuestra sorpresa que cuando finalmente nos entregaron el vehiculo (tardaron mas de una hora en entregarlo), la silleta no estaba en el coche, por lo que nuevamente tuvimos que esperar a que finalmente nos la trajeran. Cuando por fin conseguimos tener la silla, nos meten prisa diciendo que tenian que ir a por otros coches... y todo por preguntar si la silleta nos la montaban ellos, que para nuestra sorpresa la respuesta fue que !NO, QUE DEBIAMOS PONERLA NOSOTROS MISMOS SIN EXPLICARNOS ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA!. Se trataba de una silla demasiado basica y que sinceramente dudamos hasta de su seguridad... Por otro lado, nos comentaron que nos iban a dar un coche mejor del que habiamos solicitado, pero lo que no nos comentaron es que las puertas traseras (se trataba de un Volkswagen caddy de 7 plazas) no funcionaban correctamente, por lo que habia ocasiones que no pudimos ni abrir las puertas... nos costaba la misma vida abrirla, de hecho ellos mimos antes de entregarla no pudieron... En fin, malisima experiencia, es la segunda vez que vamos a esta isla y si volvemos ni locos volvemos a contratar los servicios de esta empresa. MEJOR PAGAR ALGO MAS DE DINERO PERO !CONDUCIR CON SEGURIDAD Y TRANQUILIDAD!
