I am very disappointed with this car rental company. They require a 3 day rental agreement (which is not DISCLOSED in their website). The representative I spoke to claimed that their HIGH demand for car rentals requires a 3 day rental minimum. I wasted my time on the phone with this representative trying to understand this ABSURD policy. [ WARNING] Anyone considering renting a car from this company should BEWARE. If they failed to disclose an important detail such as a "MINIMUM CAR RENTAL PERIOD " on their website, who knows what other surprises they have in store for their unsuspecting customers. Transparency and honesty is the core for running a successful business in this great country. If you are considering renting a car from this company I highly advise you to call them IN ADVANCE to CLARIFY their policies, rental rates and most importantly FEES and REQUIREMENTS.

really good experience. very friendly and professional staff. i chose the cheapest rental option, the "mystery" rental where they pick whichever vehicle for you, and they still ended up giving me a nice 4x4 jeep wrangler. they also dropped off the jeep at my hotel as well as picked it up for me. all in all a good company to do business with.

If u are ever in Florida and needing a rental car reach out to the hood people at Marin afar Rental. Not only will they bring the car to where you are they also don't hold any fees on your card. We got a Hyundai Palisade from them and what a car. It's a really nice ride and the navigation system on that car is to die for. Simply search the place by name and not coordinates and then you are on the road. And definitely deal with Dan. He is available literally 24/7. As for the car, we got a Kia Carnival, one of the best Ive ever driven in my life, very comfortable, perfect driving. It didnt use a lot of gas so it was perfect for us, we drove it from Miami to Orlando and from Orlando to Miami again. The design is perfect, I had an excellent memory of driving through the streets of Orlando with that car. Summary: I totally recommend Marin Group and would hire them again because they provide exceptional service.

Rent a car from us the second half of August 2024 with Marin and the service was excellent. From prior communication via WhatsApp, always direct and fast, to logistics at the destination. We picked up the car at the MIA airport, Dan was waiting for us there, very attentive and cordial. When we returned the car we had to leave it in an airport parking lot. We would have preferred to have a person greet us at the door so we wouldnt have to worry, but with the instructions given we were able to solve it. We would definitely choose it again and highly recommend it.

First time I rent in Florida with a company that is not one of the world-known rental companies (Alamo, Hertz, Avis, etc.). The truth is that the service and quality of the vehicle exceeded my expectations. We took the vehicle in Orlando (they took it to the hotel within Disney where I was staying), and I returned it a week later at the Miami airport, in the parking lot of the departure terminal of my flight. All super comfortable and without any inconvenience. It was a Hyundai Palisade, for 8 passengers, in excellent condition. I will give the fifth star once I receive my credit card statement and confirm that there have been no hidden charges haha (I assume that will be the case). I highly recommend them and they will be my first car rental option on my next trip to Miami.
