We've rented a car for five days without any problems. The rules are clear and stuff is helpful. I recommend their service.

Renting a car with them was super easy. I emailed with Diego, put a small deposit down and he and Luis met us at the airport terminal with the car. They gave us the option to either drive and meet them at the airport or drop the car off at their office and then take us. Definitely would rent from them again!

I had a wonderful experience when booking a car through Yucatan Vacations in Merida. I communicated with Diego via email before arriving and he was able to accomodate me on short notice. Diego ensured that I remained with the same vehicle and when I ended up staying in Merida for almost an entire week extra, he was able to honor my previous rate. I have rented vehicles in Mexico but this was by far the best experience I've had, from a seamless reservation process, to the very kind gentlemen at the establishment. I will definitely be using this service again as they offer the best prices and are an honest and trustworthy company. One more thing I should mention is that the required insurance (required by all car rental agencies in Mexico) is built into the price that is quoted for you, so that there is no surprise fees or additional costs when you receive your final bill.

GREAT SERVICE! we passed on few different rentals, where they tried to scam us, and in the end we found this one. And it was it! The owner took deposit in cash, as we didn't have the credit card, the cars are fully insured and he even showed us few scratches we didn't notice, so we could take the photos before we rented. It's a European level of service and trusted rental company.

Excellent customer service! If you are looking for a stress-free rental experience then this is the place! We stayed in Merida for one month and from pick-up to drop-off the staff at Yucatan Vacations was courteous and knowledgeable and made sure that the rental experience was as transparent and easy as possible.
