Excellent service, friendly and efficient.

I do not recommend it, they tell you that they have the unit but when you arrive they do not have it and they are desperate looking for options, but in the end they do not have the vehicle.

I rented a car for three days, on Sunday it was delivered in the afternoon at 3pm, today Sunday 06/2/24 from 8 in the morning the car did not start while we were going out to breakfast, they gave us a battery, thank God and We were able to go to where their offices are where they very kindly told us that they would change our car, which didnt happen, so why did the car start there? Im not a mechanic, but I suppose it did start due to the fact that they gave us power minutes before... . We took them back (very serious mistake) on our part because when we arrived to buy our tickets at the store and left to go to our activities on the last day, where we had already paid for the hotel and cenotes, Im talking about 40 minutes of We took the car back from their offices, it was left stranded again, we had 2 lines of gasoline, I repeat, I am not a mechanic but I do know about cars and at least we could drive with the reserve to get to the gas station after buying our tickets On the way out, at this point the car only started but did not start, at that moment I thought it was my fault because of the gasoline, I moved to put the gasoline that I went to buy in cans and still, it did not start, there were some police officers nearby and they gave us power and at that point the car no longer turned on anything, not even the lights on the dashboard, at that point I must make it clear that the car never stayed on, not even the lights, doors or anything that could cause the battery to run out... . We spoke to him to inform him at 10 in the morning that the car had been left there again, they told us that they would take us another one in hours which was not the case, from 10 in the morning to 2 in the afternoon we were waiting for them to they will solve it , the man arrived, with another car which he would give us, but first the man Current passed and it didnt pull either, we waited again for another person to arrive. They gave us the car that the first man to go to the offices and have a solution which was only to give us the 500 that they stop down payment, we did not expect them to give us another one because our bus leaves at 5 in the afternoon but at least some compensation or something because we did not have the fault that his worker arrived late, and did not use his car all day due to the fact that its battery was damaged, then being there in the offices the car was delivered but they were going to give us another one and well obviously we could no longer walk with another car because it was already late, I reiterate again, we did not put gas in the car that we acquired today because first we went for tickets to the ADO CENTRO HISTORICO and then we would go to the cenotes and therefore we would gas up, now point they gave me around 3 in the afternoon, the only solution was for us to return to Merida later and use the car so that the expense we made today could be taken care of but it is impossible for us to return, I understand that they gave us a solution for this point which I did not accept because I reiterate I do not plan to return to Merida, at this point we already had in mind that we were not going to get anything but you know what bothered me the most, that the man told us about the gasoline and that practically there I died or We paid for the gas how are you going to compare what I paid for the insurance and the rent for the three days, Im not fighting for the day, I understand that it was used at the end of the day but the insurance was per day and I didnt use it for a day, to compare the gasoline that is filled with 400 pesos for the 6 lines with which they were not delivered, why on the days that we do use it, well, if we put gas in it, I understand that when a car is delivered it is delivered as it was given everything and gas, but the car stopped, it was impossible to put gas in it, it was only used for the trips from his office to the ADO, it is 13 minutes and 6 km, not much gas was used. At the end of the day, Paisanos I not only lost my time waiting for my worker, I lost money from both parties because I paid for a car that I could not use during the time the contract was made, otherwise I practically lost my last day of vacation where Everything had already been paid. Good vehicle rental price

Great option for renting a vehicle in Merida. I contacted via WhatsApp and the response was quick with a quote and requirements, the price in my case for a 2013 Kia Forte sedan approx. It was $700 per day (travel in low season) and a deposit of $4000 to the credit card, the rate already included insurance, without small print and sudden or unforeseen charges, which I really liked due to bad experiences with other companies. The paperwork and the process for both delivery and receipt were quick. They handle other services such as vans with drivers and tours.

They have excellent service! We had some little problems with the first car and they resolved it immediately and we got another car. I definitely recommend them and will use their services again.

Unfortunately, they gave us a car with very worn tires, so much so that one of them, while parked and without any extra factor, burst. When we wanted to change the spare part, we realized that the jack was not complete and that the spare part was a smaller tire. , we were going on a road trip from Merida to Cancun and continuing that way was going to put us in danger. The solution that the Yucatan to Go team gave us was for us to buy and install the tire and they would reimburse us. They did it immediately, but I think it is wrong that we had to spend time on our vacation repairing someone elses car. It should be noted that we paid for comprehensive coverage insurance. My recommendation is that if you can get a price similar to this agencys in time, it is better to hire another agency, and if you are going to take the plunge, I can tell you that yes, the price is real, it is not a scam, but... 1. Check your tires carefully, fortunately we were parked but if it had been moving you probably wouldnt be reading this comment, 2. Check that the spare tire is the right size, especially if you will drop off somewhere else. 3. Check that the jack and tool are complete and ready to use 4. Pay yes or yes for comprehensive insurance 5. Be aware that those dollars you are saving will probably have to be paid for with your time in the event of an incident. And finally, add that they also had to insist to return the deposit, which was not the best experience either.

I ve been using their service for three years. Everytime I visit my family I get a car from them. Have good cars and SUVs, reliable, great communication, and great customer service, they pick me up at the airport or to drop off the car out working hours. I had only one time that they had replaced the vehicle. I had to wait less than a couple hours for the whole order, I wont give a bad review when life happens. Highly recommended. Huge savings in compare other rentals. Best price for rental which includes full coverage insurance.. I have been using your service for three years. I use your service every time I visit family. They have good cars, you can count on them when you need them, very good communication and great customer service. They pick me up and take me to the airport when it is outside of work hours. If I ever had to replace the car, it took less than two hours of my time, and Im not going to give a bad review when things happen that are out of your and my control. I highly recommend them. I save a lot compared to other Rental Companies. The best rental price and includes comprehensive insurance coverage. What more could you want!
