Rented the vehicle for 2 days as we were taking a trip to Chuburna about an hour away. The guys explained everything with detail and made sure to give us tips for our trip. I needed a car rental the day of so I looked around and found this establishment. Juan attended me and was an overall awesome person to deal with. He explained the rental agreement clearly and explained the rental packet I was purchasing. He gave me his WhatsApp number to communicate with him if I had any concerns. He took pictures and annotated any scratches of the vehicle before the rental. 10/10

Rented affordable 2023/24 Nissan model: MARCH, 40% savings compared to Merida airport rental prices. Insurance coverage / protections and non-coverage / protections (windows and mirrors are not covered) were explained. Friendly staff went over blemishes (photos were sent to me) and car features before driving off. If from the USA one must pay 1 day in advance via zelle, the rest will be charged on pick up day. I was skeptical of sending the money but Aausan assured me that everything was legit and it was: $900 pesos per diem, March 9 Saturday March 9 to Saturday March 16, $6300 total, went to Izamal, Progresso, Uxmal and Sisal and all over Merida. No issues with the small vehicle engine.

We usually prefer public transit or Uber while traveling and never rent cars. Too risky. Too pricey. We really wanted to visit Maya sites and so we had very few transport choices. We broke from tradition and rented from Yucatan Best because of its location and ratings. And we can't speak Spanish (yet) so had to have an English speaking person to explain everything. Here's what we experienced: Communications: immediately responded by Whatsapp. We went to the office. Everything very clear in English. Super helpful with directions, suggestions and advise. Car: we rented a small Nissan for four days. It had 9000km so was basically new. It was very clean and worked perfectly. It was a bit underpowered on the highway . . . but not a problem. Return procedure: This is where things can go wrong with unexpected charges/surprises. No problem. They carefully checked the car, canceled our deposit and sent us on our way. Very easy - the procedure took about 15 mins. They were quite flexible with the return time. Price: (all in peso) Deposit: $15,000 Four days rental: $4200 Gasoline (tank was a bit low when we returned): $300 Overall, we were very happy and would recommend this company to anyone interested in renting a car in Merida.

We booked with this company after a bad experience with another rental company. They were very accommodating to our needs, switching vehicles to fit our requirements and bringing every vehicle to our location. We considered the price very competitive. Every person we deal with was very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

I had a good experience renting a 2018 Nissan March for 3 days. Price was MXN 850 / day so a bit pricy for such a small car, but the service was friendly and efficient and the car was in very good conditions. They accept debit cards, which is also a plus.

I first got a very low price BUT the night before I fly in ... I got a message saying: " sorry they hit the car" with this picture.?? They offered me a van that was more expensive - Price more than the double... Not sure about this place, really. Managed to find a big name location car with no issues. Saw your reply, just to to be clear here: I needed a car for 2 Months. I was wondering - once installed - if the price I originally got was legit OR a scam and I asked another quote from you for the rest of my stay. After all maybe everything was legit you might have another small car coming back from a rental at such a great rate. But it turns out NO (as I tough). For the readers I got a quote of 2100mx/week from you.I finally paid 3900 mx/week with EUROPCAR (airport) for a week. Foreigners must know the prices are random in the area depending of the availability of the fleet...etc Average quotes was around 5800mx from my experience of November 2021 even got up to 14 000mx/,week with some providers. So at 2100mx it was too good to be true I guess... And yes, as you I mentioned I was open to other options since I live in a bit remote place and wanted a car just to do groceries, and visit nearby areas. Since you are not a big brand name, maybe you had other options, who knows? I finally rented a scooter long term and I think it's very convient and much more economical than a car with my needs here.

Rented a car for two weeks. Was the best deal in the 2 major dealerships we looked at (budget and enterprise) by a good amount. Was a bit hesitant at first as it's a smaller independent place. However did the inspections and actually lent us a better car the first day for the same price as the car i booked was unavailable. Happy with the communication and pricing. Would definately recommend this to any travellers. We dropped the car off in Tulum (Additional charges but still came off cheaper than others)
