Lowest price rentals in Merida, my car was brand new included full coverage insurance. Downside, you need to go to them which is a cheap Uber ride from the airport, but check their hours. They do not follow up with you, are difficult to get in touch with and that are not warm or friendly. They cater to local meridians. No refund for unused days.

We rented a minivan so we could drive to Cancun and pick up family including grandchildren. Excellent customer service, vehicle was perfect for our needs. I believe they even went and bought a brand new infant car seat for our use when we weren't happy with the one they had available. Great company!

A tienden bien, pero cuando mandas a servicio el coche y que te cobren por acomodar una tolva que tambien quitan, no se me hace correcto ese cobro.
They tend well, but when you send the car for service and they charge you for fitting a hopper that they also remove, that charge doesn't seem right to me.

A quien corresponda esta es una queja y opinion sobre mi contrato # 0431. En mi primer contacto por telefono solicite un vehiculo por siete dias pero el dia que fui el sabado 14 la senorita Fatima Echeverria May dijo tener todo listo y se hizo el cargo. Mi esposa reparo que solo lo necesitariamos hasta el jueves 20, seis dias no siete, pero ella dijo que el cargo ya se habia hecho y no se podia cancelelar e hiba a tener que solicityar el renbolso. Aclaro que se le notifico aun sin salir el vehiculo del local. Dos dias mas tarde nos llamo para notificarnos que solo obrtendriamos el 50% por penalizacion. Aclaro que en el contrato no esta incluido la politica depenalizacion y renbolso, ni la senorita tenia conocimiento de mencionada politica. Hoy retornamos el vehiculo sin ningun problem antes de las tres de la tarde , al llegar mi esposa le pidio a la senorita que como no se encontraba en el contrato mencion de penalizaciones que lo escribiera en una nota. Ella trrato de anexarlo al contrato en ese momento e insistio mi esposa de que lo hiciera en nota aparte ya que originalmente no estaba en el contrato, esto causo aparente molestia de su parte. Mi esposa le hizo notar su actitud negativa y ella respondio con groceria. Cuando mi esposa menciono que estaba disgustada con el trato , ella la llamo ( a mi esposa) "despota y arrogante", mi esposa ante la groceria le dijo que era una una mala empleada y su atencion al cliente era deficiente y no volveriamos a rentar en la compania, a lo cual ella respondio "gracias a Dios". Luego termino llamandola desagradecida ya que segun ella nos hizo el favor de rentarnos el vehiculo... Ya la parte del renbolso paso a segundo plano con las ofensas y falta de respeto hacia los clientes que nunca en nuestras vidas nos habiamos encontrado. Mi queja en particular es por el trato ofensivo hacia mi esposa, esta empleada es una persona mal educada, sin conocimientos de como tratar a los clientes y que deja un mal nombre y representacion a la compania. To whom it may concern, this is a complaint and opinion about my contract. # 0431.
