Unirent Car Rental in Merida

Super easy transaction. They brought the car to our rental and pick it up at our rental. We parked it on the streets and had no issues. The car gave us freedom to visit the sites at our leisure and comfort. Would definitely rent again. Thanks!

Decided to book a car at short notice to tour sights around Yukatan. Unirent had a car at my hotel within a couple of hours at a competitive price. Car was in great condition and it was no problem to arrange drop off at airport. Both people I deal with were very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of renting. Much better than the big name and costly hire firms.

We only needed a car for a day trip last May (this review is a little late). They were so professional, friendly, brought the car to our hotel and we did all the paperwork in the hotel lobby. We were able to pay with our credit card on the spot (they have a handheld credit card terminal). They even picked up the car from us when we were done. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again the next time we are in Merida.

I rented one car for two months and a second car for a month earlier this year ( 2017 ). The cars were great and the service was too, they delivered my cars off site after normal business hours with no questions and no problems. Returning the cars was also painless and off site as well. reasonable prices for longer term rentals, reliable cars and perfect service, what more can you ask for. English was no problem. I will rent in 2018 for three months next year. I highly recommend Unirent for a day or long term. Jim Fleischhauer

Great people. Speak excellent English. Great little car. We just wish they told us when the fuel gauge says its a quarter full - its actually empty. Can't beat the price, including all the extra insurances you'd be advised to get while in Mexico They're happy to bring the car to you wherever you are in Merida.

Diego at Unirent is a wonderful guy, met us at the airport, drove us to pick the car up, great email communication, fair prices. I would definitely use Unirent again! Can't say enough good things about this company!!

Hired a great car at very short notice on NYE when Payless Cars had let us down. It's a small branch run by two brothers - very professional and helpful service. I couldn't find much info about them online but they were brilliant - would highly recommend.
