Los carros son muy viejos, tuve que cambiar el auto 3 veces. El primero le sonaba todo y los frenos estaban muy mal. El segundo auto despues de que llegue a Chichenitza ya no volvio a prender y tuve que esperar ahi 3 horas a que llegaran para hacer cambio de auto. Lo peor es que ese tenia el tanque lleno de gasolina y no me quisieron dar un reembolso por la gasolina pagada. Sinceramente NO recomiendo esta "agencia" para rentar auto. Pesimo servicio. Busquen otra opcion
The cars are very old, I had to change the car 3 times. The first one sounded all right and the brakes were very bad. The second car after I arrived in Chichenitza no longer started and I had to wait there for 3 hours for them to arrive to change cars. The worst thing is that it had a full tank of gasoline and they did not want to give me a refund for the gasoline paid. I honestly DO NOT recommend this "agency" to rent a car. Terrible service. Look for another option
La atencion fue muy buena, puntuales a mi llegada , me trasladaron a sus oficinas y el trato de el joven que me asistio siempre amable,la persona que recibio la unidad tambien amable Los puntos NO TAN BUENOS, y espero los mejoren: La unidad visualmente BIEN Lo recibi con el testigo prendido en el tablero (chek engin) me mencionaron que le acababan de hacer el servicio y no lo habian quitado, asi lo recibi ,el motor temblaba, y gasto muchisima gasolina, considerando que es de 4 cilindros VENTO ,gaste aproximadamente$1800 de combustible, si recorri Kms ,pero no para esa cantidad. (Con esta cantidad$$$ recorro de GDL a Mazatlan ida y vuelta en una Tucson Hiundai) llendo en autopista se prendio otro testigo de tablero EPS , afortunadamente ya iba a entregarlo y se apago, al llegar tenia una llanta ligeramente baja ,y la persona me recibio comento que estaba ponchada y que eran $200 ,vimos las imagenes del auto, no se apreciaba bien, la checo y no traia ningun clavo, alambre etc Menciono que me la dejaba en $100 y efectivo,ya no hay opcion porque tienes que irte al aeropuerto y tienes que acceder, no me dieron recibo. Al realizar la reserva dan una tarifa economica en relacion a otras arrendadoras, hay que verificar la cobertura,la que se contrata es la basica , y solo cubre danos a terceros, en caso de tener algun evento tienes que cubrir un 25%del valor del vehiculo en este caso eran $45 mil , en caso de robo el valor total, no cubre danos ni vidrios rotos , por eso contrate cobertura amplia,al final termine pagando el doble y mas caro que en una arrendadora de las conocidas , Ojo con estos detalles Espero sirvan mis comentarios

Excelente servicio, la atencion de Sergio siempre fue la mejor, estuvo al pendiente de todo y muy amable. Hizo que nuestras vacaciones empezara muy bien, nada de letras chiquitas ni complicaciones con la renta, el deposito que dimos regreso de manera rapida Definitivamente recomiendo totalmente Traveller Car.
Excellent service, Sergio's attention was always the best, he was attentive to everything and very friendly. It made our vacation start very well, no fine print or complications with the rent, the deposit we gave was returned quickly I definitely totally recommend Traveler Car.

I was referred to Traveller Car Rental by a friend so I thought that they would be professional, and everything started out that way. They responded via whatsapp and no problems, generated a booking and sent me the doc via whatsapp. They told me to write when I landed and they would come pick me up at the airport and take me to the office to finalize the paperwork and pick up my car. I Messaged and called multiple times when landed and received zero response. I had to end up walking to their office which while close was a major hassle and ended up sweating a ton dragging my luggage there and outside the airport down deserted alley ways. When i showed up at the office, it was locked and zero sign of anyone working there. I saw a guy in the parking lot and asked if he knew what the deal was and he said let me make a call. 15 minutes later another guy came in a car who was sent by the people at Traveller because they were having their Christmas party and just completely blew me off. Thankfully the guys who picked me up were nice but I had no idea where i was going and felt pretty sketchy getting into some random guy's car. Traveller sent them my original booking so I felt better as he showed me it on his phone to confirm and they honored the same price, but traveler still hasn't messaged me back to apologize (I see they've seen the messages and know what they did). Stick to a reputable agency in the airport and don't deal with amateurs like Travellers. Thankfully I was alone, but imagine if I was with a family - unfair and creepily unprofessional.
Update 1/2024- We never received our deposit as their bank disputed our charge back dispute for the deposit amount, even though our check out there were no damages to car. I would definitely not recommend. The guys were nice and the car worked well. I take off stars for my deposit not being refunded even though they claimed it was and then me having to spend hours on the phone with my bank just to get my money back. Should make sure they know how to properly process refunds of deposits bc they didn't.
Very reasonable rates happy friendly service highly recommend this place even dropped us off at the bus station after no charge. Mucho gracias
Can highly recommend this car rental. The communication was prompt and efficient; not sure if they speak English but B2 Spanish and the occasional Google Translate we're sufficient. Receiving and dropping off the car worked quick and professionally. The car functioned well and got us through seven days unscathed. We dropped it off in Cancun for a fee of 2000mx. Inspection upon drop-off was professional and we received confirmation that the full deposit will be returned. I can't fully tell whether the prices are good or not, but they had the cheapest offer of the three I got (all on relatively short notice). Recommended!
