Excellent service with convenient drop off and pickup services available. Rented both cars and had a great experience working with the staff at Tannah. Raimundo was wonderful to work with on reservation and communication. Wilbert was friendly and helpful with pickup and drop offs. Prices were transparent with no hidden fees and very competitive compared to others. Easy payment methods. Overall great experience and would utilize this company many more times while traveling to Merida!

Great prices with no hidden insurance or additional fees as many other car rentals out there. The car we got, a VW Jetta, was in really good conditions. The car got delivered and picked up which was really convenient. Definitely recommended if you need a car in Merida.

Merida, Mexico has a great car rental company. The mandatory insurance for US drivers in Mexico is already included in the online price. There's no physical office. You'll receive a text with the pickup and drop-off location and the car will be delivered to that location. I had a pleasant experience with my rental, a Nissan Versa, which was clean and comfortable. Just keep in mind that the security deposit must be paid in cash ( around $500USD ), or you'll incur a non-refundable fee of 370 pesos on your credit card (as of 2023).

Small operation, top quality. Great, clean cars exactly as advertised. It's refreshing to rent a car without upsell pressure and the usual gimmicks. When in Merida this is by far the best choice. They are a small operation so call early cause they do sell out. Check their vacation properties too, we rented a fantastic Yucatan-modern townhouse from Tannah for our trip and that's how we learned about their cars.

There is so much to say about my experience 1) The price was super low when compared to renting a car from The Airport car rental spots. 2) We ended up renting a VW Jetta for the four of us it was spacious enough for me at 6 4 and my son who is 6 2 3) The car was spotless beautiful red Jetta that handled like a dream on the road and do to it s compact size we always found it easy to park and maneuver around traffic. 4) Car has a great sound system that allowed for a great soundtrack of our multi day road trip adventures. 5) The only issue we had was getting a flat during a road trip most likely due to me hitting a pothole by accident. Luckily the spare they provided was more than enough to ensure our day was not ruined. Took me and my son less than 10min to be back on the road and continue with our adventure. 6) Tannah was very understanding about the whole flat tire incident and took care of us. If you plan on visiting Merida and the surrounding area there is no better place than Tannah Car rentals for prize and customer service.
