El servicio y atencion excelente, el tramite sencillo y justo, sin sorpresas de costos adicionales , al regresar el vehiculo, me devolvieron mi deposito de garantia ,en ese momento , sin ningun problema, claro despues de revisar conjuntamente el vehiculo.( Lo rente por 14 dias y sin problemas el vehiculo).

Pesimo servicio, al principio se muestran muy accesibles y amables, pero sus vehiculos cuentan con muchas deficiencias, en cuanto sali a los 10 min ya se le habia zafado la defensa, a los 2 dias se le cayo la tolva porque esta agarrada solo con unas cintas, al llamar me dijeron que lo solucionara yo, ya sea que llamara al seguro o que viera como las volvia a amarrar o quitar, me hicieron pagar el servicio de un mecanico para que fuera a mi domicilio y comprar unas citas que ni se usaron. Revisen bien el vehiculo incluso de abajo. Al entregar el vehiculo no me queria regresar mi deposito que porque lo estaba regresando sin gasolina, cuando claramente ellos me lo entregaron igual o peor que el auto se jaloneaba de que no traia nada de gasolina. Definitivamente que mala experiencia rentar con ellos
