En mi caso, a Ride On lo subcontrato la empresa Balam Renta de autos, a final de cuentas el vehiculo era de Ride On, a todas las llantas les falta una tuerca, te dicen que es porque le quitan el birlo (tuerca) de seguridad, cuando se pincho el neumatico, la llave, no era de la misma medida de la tuerca, tuve que cambiar el auto y me cobraron $2,200 mxn por una llanta nueva, el rin de la llanta de reemplazo tambien estaba en mal estado (foto) su recomendacion fue que pusiera esa llanta y me fuera a la llantera mas cercana a reparar la original, cuando les mande foto del rin me dijeron que asi me fuera. Ambos vehiculos estaban en malas condiciones, calaveras rotas, suspension y direccion floja, inseguros en carretera El precio de la renta por dia no es el mas economico, aunque el deposito en garantia si es muy bajo

When I sent them a photo of the rim, they told me to go that way. Both vehicles were in poor condition, broken skulls, loose suspension and steering, unsafe on the road. The rental price per day is not the cheapest, although the security deposit is very low.
Excelente comunicacion, tarifa accesibles, lo acordado se pago, autos limpios y modernos. Definitivamente volvere a rentar en esta empresa en el futuro.

Excelente servicio, los recomiendo ampliamente, tuve un problema con los de "MEX" con su mala atencion y servicio, y los de RIDE ON me apoyaron con un vehiculo en disposicion inmediata, me lo llevaron al hotel, sin tanto tramite y muy agiles, precio bastante accesible, al momento de regresar el vehiculo llegue mas tarde de lo acordado y no me hicieron cargo adicional de ningun tipo, sin duda alguna regresare con ellos en mis siguientes vacaciones
