NO ALQUILEIS EL COCHE AQUI. Para recoger el coche hay un plazo de media hora. Si no vas en ese tiempo se cancela la reserva. NO TIENES COCHE Y NO TE DEVUELVEN EL DINERO. Es justo lo que me ha pasado. Ganar 180 euros cuesta mucho para que esta empresa se aproveche asi de la gente.

Me habia fijado en esta agencia de coches de alquiler por la buena critica q tenia de media,pero me lleve una desilucion y no por el coche sino por el trato,llegue antes de la hora prevista ,y avise q podia variar el horario por el tren o viaje,me pusieron mala cara pero me dieron el coche cuando llegue,aun asi la senora o senorita,la que esta a la izquierda entrando,la q esta sola en una mesa tuvo actitudes bastantes desagradables,parecia q no tenia ganas de trabajar,si un cliente tiene dudas sobre el coche lo q tienes q hacer por cortesia es acompanarlo al coche,preguntarle si tiene dudas y ayudarlo en lo posible,cada pregunta q le hacia me miraba con una actitud desagradable q se te quitaban las ganas de alquilar el coche,yo suelo alquilar coches muy de vez en cuando y suelo tener un coche antiguo,me dejo el coche en la puerta y me dio las llaves y con actitud...buscate la vida,hay q tener "don de gentes" si trabajas cara al publico y no una actitud arrogante,desganada y despota,si no tenia ganas de trabajar por el calor o tenia un mal dia no tiene q pagarlo un cliente,a veces una actitud agradable ayuda,desde luego volvere a Merida pero jamas volvere a alquilar un coche en este sitio

Recomiendo alquilar coche en esta agencia. Solucionan rapido aquello que pudiera surgir. Nos dieron el coche con la pantalla tactil bloqueada, no se dieron cuenta y lo solucionaran al instante algo que se agradece. El unico inconveniente es que en vez de darte el deposito lleno te lo dan vacio y claro tu lo entregas con gasolina, opino que la opcion de Entrega con el deposito lleno es mas recomendable para el cliente.
I recommend renting a car at this agency. They quickly solve anything that may arise. They gave us the car with the touch screen blocked, they didn't notice and they will fix it instantly, which is appreciated. The only drawback is that instead of giving you a full tank, they give it to you empty and of course you deliver it with gasoline, I think that the option of Delivery with a full tank is more recommended for the customer.
El pasado 31 de Julio reserve un coche para pasar mi estancia en Merida. Y con muy mala gestion por parte del equipo de todo RentalPlus cuando llegue al concesionario de Merida no tenian disponible el coche que ya habia reservado y pagado, por lo tanto no recomiendo esta empresa, son pocos fiables y no velan por sus clientes.
Last July 31, I booked a car to spend my stay in Merida. And with very poor management by the entire RentalPlus team, when I arrived at the Merida dealership they did not have the car that I had already reserved and paid for available, therefore I do not recommend this company, they are unreliable and do not take care of their clients.
