La experiencia a sido muy agradable, tome el auto en Merida, recorri Yucatan pasado por chichen , valladolid, fui a quintana rooo por tulum, playa, e ido a conzumel a holbox y devolvi el auto en cancun la verdad, el trato con Daniel a sido muy bueno en todo momento correcto y sincero, el coche en perfecto estado y sin problemas, estamos muy contentos y orgullosos, gracias!
The experience has been very pleasant, I took the car in Merida, I toured Yucatan passing through Chichen, Valladolid, I went to Quintana Roo through Tulum, Playa, and went to Conzumel to Holbox and returned the car in Cancun. Pesimo servicio para atencion a cliente. No tienen seriedad para seguimiento y cumplimiento de una cotizacion. Me imagino como debe ser dando el servicio. Espero puedan mejorar en ese aspecto. Saludos.
Terrible customer service. They do not have the seriousness to follow up and fulfill a quote. I imagine what it must be like to provide the service. I hope they can improve in that aspect. Greetings.
Pesimo servicio, jamas tuve una cotizacion certera, solicite una cotizacion y a los pocos dias lo elevaron casi al doble. Adcional me tardaron mas de 3 dias en recotizar un precio. En lo que te la entrgan la cotizacion ya cambio de precio

El senor Daniel fue muy amable y nos brindo toda la informacion necesaria para rentar un auto con ellos. Lo rentamos por 6 dias y recorrimos Merida, Sisal, Celestun, Progreso, Izamal, Valladolid y hasta Tulum! En ningun momento tuvimos contratiempo, por eso lo recomiendo ampliamente! Al momento de entregarlo tampoco hubo ningun problema, fue muy facil y rapido el tramite. El precio fue excelente para nuestro presupuesto
